According to one example of those newly proposed frame structures, one frame is composed of 8 subframes, each of the 8 subframes being composed of orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) symbols in a range of 11 to 14, and the cyclic prefix (CP) length of the frame is 1/8 or less of an effective symbol length (e.g., 1/8, 1/16, 1/31, 1/64).
