Abstract: A hybrid power system comprises an engine, a motor, an electromagnetic clutch, an electromagnetic clutch controller and a power supply system. The power supply system comprises: a low-voltage battery, a standby power supply system and a switching circuit. The electromagnetic clutch is used to control connection of the motor. A control method comprises: monitoring whether a voltage of the low-voltage battery is lower than a target value, and judging whether the low-voltage battery fails; using the switching circuit to switch to the standby power supply system to supply power to the electromagnetic clutch and the electromagnetic clutch controller; using the electromagnetic clutch controller to judge an engaged or disengaged state of the electromagnetic clutch; and further controlling the electromagnetic clutch according to the engaged or disengaged state. When the low-voltage battery power supply fails, the switching circuit switches to the standby power supply system to supply power.

Abstract: A bistable electromagnetic clutch is provided that includes a first part, a second part and an spring part. The first part includes a yoke with a plurality of iron cores, and an electromagnetic coil on each of the iron cores. The second part includes a moving carrier disc and a magnetic conductive disc that is fixed on a side of the moving carrier disc that is away from the yoke. Several magnets are fixed on the moving carrier disc, and the iron cores and the magnets are provided in a correspondence relation. The spring part is configured to keep the moving carrier disc and the yoke in normally separated positions. Two adjacent electromagnetic coils form a group, two electromagnetic coils in a same group are wound to form a group of windings with identical magnetic polarities, and corresponding two magnets form a group of magnetomotive forces with identical magnetic polarities.

The electromagnetic clutch basic units can be used separately, or a plurality of electromagnetic clutch basic units can be combined freely, and after combination, they can be freely arranged in a variety of installation positions and spaces as required, and the use of space can be fully optimized.

Abstract: A differential system includes a differential and a differential disconnect mechanism. The differential includes an outer differential housing and an inner differential housing. The differential disconnect mechanism includes a disconnect clutch, first end face teeth and second end face teeth. The first end face teeth are disposed between the outer differential housing and the inner differential housing and are movably connected with the outer differential housing so that the first end face teeth can move axially and rotate synchronously relative to the outer differential housing. The second end face teeth are fixedly connected with the inner differential housing. The disconnect clutch is connected with the first end face teeth, and is configured to drive the first end face teeth to move axially relative to the second end face teeth.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a locking structure of a differential. The locking structure comprises a bi-stable electromagnetic clutch sleeved on an output axle shaft on one side of the differential. The bi-stable electromagnetic clutch comprises a movable locking disc and a fixed locking disc; the fixed locking disc is fixedly connected to a differential housing, and the movable locking disc and the fixed locking disc have face teeth that can engage with each other. The movable locking disc is sleeved on the output axle shaft, the bi-stable electromagnetic clutch drives the movable locking disc to move axially after being energized, the output axle shaft and the differential housing are locked when the movable face teeth engaged with the fixed face teeth so that the output axle shaft on either side of the differential and the differential housing have a same rotational speed and output torque.

Abstract: An inductive position sensor, may include a movable part which is a magnetic conductor, and an induction coil assembly adjacent to the movable part. The induction coil assembly and the movable part form a magnetic circuit, the induction coil assembly has an input end for inputting a current and an output end for outputting a feedback current, and the inductive position sensor is used to detect a position of the movable part based on a relationship between the feedback current and the input current. The inductive position sensor has a flexible and compact structural design, and can be adjusted and arranged according to different applications and structural spaces, so it is applicable to a wide range of environments. An electromagnetic clutch is also disclosed.

Abstract: An electromagnetic clutch is provide that includes a fixed component, a driven component and an elastic component. The fixed component includes a magnetic yoke provided thereon with multiple iron cores, and each iron core is provided thereon with a coil. The driven component includes an armature disc provided thereon with multiple magnets. The armature disc and the magnetic yoke are disposed correspondingly, and the iron cores and the magnets are disposed correspondingly. The elastic component is used to keep the armature disc at a disengaged position from magnetic yoke. When the coil is energized in a forward direction, the iron core attracts the magnet and when the coil is energized in a reverse direction, the iron core generates an electromagnetic force to reduce an attractive force of the magnet.
