    Abstract: A longitudinal multi-shift electrically driving power assembly, wherein the longitudinal multi-shift electrically driving power assembly includes an electric motor and a plurality of sets of gearboxes, each of the gearboxes is a single-shift reduction gearbox or a multi-shift reduction gearbox, the gearboxes are connected in series to form a gearbox assembly, and an output shaft of the electric motor and an input shaft of the gearbox assembly are integrally manufactured. The power assembly employs the plurality of sets of gearboxes that are connected in series, which improves the performance of the power assembly without adding a power source.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an oil-lubrication mechanism for a fore bearing of a water-cooled electric motor and an electric-motor driving assembly, which solves the problems of conventional grease lubrication of the fore bearing of water-cooled electric motors such as serious bearing heat generation and bearing failure and low life caused by easy outflowing of the grease. The oil-lubrication mechanism includes a gear-splashing oil-storage structure provided in a gearbox or a reduction gearbox, and a bearing-baffle oil-storage structure provided at a front end of the water-cooled electric motor; and a gear in the gearbox or the reduction gearbox in operation throws a lubricating oil into the gear-splashing oil-storage structure, and the lubricating oil is delivered via the oil conduit into the bearing-baffle oil-storage structure, thereby lubricating the fore bearing of the water-cooled electric motor, and subsequently the lubricating oil flows back into the gearbox or the reduction gearbox via the oil return tube. In the present disclosure, the lubricating oil that splashes inside the gearbox or the reduction gearbox is introduced into the fore bearing of the water-cooled electric motor, which enables the fore bearing of the water-cooled electric motor to be lubricated by the oil, thereby reducing the heat generation of the fore bearing of the water-cooled electric motor, and improving the life of the fore bearing and the reliability of the electric motor.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of clutches, and particularly relates to an electromagnetic jaw clutch. The electromagnetic jaw clutch includes a movable gear sleeve and a fixed gear sleeve that are in engagement transmission, a fixed armature is nested to an outer side of the fixed gear sleeve, the fixed armature and the fixed gear sleeve have a gap therebetween, and have a fixed position, a solenoid is provided inside the fixed armature, a movable armature is rotatably nested to an outer side of the movable gear sleeve, the movable armature is movable along with the movable gear sleeve in an axial direction, and when the solenoid is electrified, the solenoid attracts the movable armature to the fixed armature, to cause the movable gear sleeve and the fixed gear sleeve to be engaged. The present disclosure provides an electromagnetic clutching system that has a compact structure, has no auxiliary executing structure and can be conveniently operated, which can be applied to electrically driving systems of new-energy vehicles. The system controls the transmission and disconnection of power torque.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a vehicle driving assembly with transversely placed single power source comprising a power source and an automatic transmission. A first intermediate shaft is provided parallel to the input shaft of the automatic transmission. A second intermediate shaft and a third intermediate shaft are individually provided in the directions coaxial with the input shaft and the first intermediate shaft. A first clutch is provided between the first intermediate shaft and the third intermediate shaft. A second clutch is provided between the input shaft and the second intermediate shaft. A first gear on the input shaft and a second gear on the first intermediate shaft are engaged to transmit power. A third gear on the second intermediate shaft and a fourth gear on the third intermediate shaft are engaged to transmit power. A fifth gear on the third intermediate shaft and a sixth gear on the differential are engaged to transmit power. The present disclosure can realize transmission of two speed ratios, make transmission modes flexible, shorten the longitudinal dimension of the driving assembly, and is suitable for vehicles with a compact structure. Since the number of gears being used is small, the transmission structure is simplified.

    Abstract: A bistable electromagnetic clutch is provided that includes a first part, a second part and an spring part. The first part includes a yoke with a plurality of iron cores, and an electromagnetic coil on each of the iron cores. The second part includes a moving carrier disc and a magnetic conductive disc that is fixed on a side of the moving carrier disc that is away from the yoke. Several magnets are fixed on the moving carrier disc, and the iron cores and the magnets are provided in a correspondence relation. The spring part is configured to keep the moving carrier disc and the yoke in normally separated positions. Two adjacent electromagnetic coils form a group, two electromagnetic coils in a same group are wound to form a group of windings with identical magnetic polarities, and corresponding two magnets form a group of magnetomotive forces with identical magnetic polarities.

The electromagnetic clutch basic units can be used separately, or a plurality of electromagnetic clutch basic units can be combined freely, and after combination, they can be freely arranged in a variety of installation positions and spaces as required, and the use of space can be fully optimized.

    Abstract: A water cooling structure of a reducer and a reducer assembly are disclosed. The water cooling structure comprises a chamber formed by a reducer housing and a cover plate, and the cover plate is fixedly connected to the chamber. The chamber is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet respectively. The chamber is also provided with one or several partition plates on two opposite side walls. The partition plates are arranged in an interdigitating manner and each of the partition plates is connected with only one side wall of the chamber, and there is a gap between the partition plates and the opposite other side wall of the chamber, so as to form an S-shaped water path. The water inlet and water outlet are respectively disposed at both ends of the water path. A plurality of baffles are further vertically provided on the partition plates and side walls of the chamber that are parallel to the partition plates, and the baffles are arranged in an interdigitating manner. The water cooling structure disclosed in the present disclosure is integrated with the reducer housing into one part, and thus has a simple structure, saves space and is convenient to arrange on the vehicle. Moreover, the cooling efficiency is further improved by the above special structure.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a longitudinally placed vehicle driving assembly having a single power source, which solves the technical problems of the vehicle driving assemblies in the prior art such as larger volumes and poor transmission performances. The driving assembly is connected to a transmission shaft or a vehicle axle half shaft of a vehicle and provided with an automatic transmission. The automatic transmission includes an input shaft (2). A power source (1) is connected to the input shaft (2). An output shaft (10) is provided coaxial with the input shaft (2). An intermediate shaft (9) is provided parallel to the input shaft (2). A first-stage reduction-gear train is installed through the input shaft (2) and the intermediate shaft (9). An Nth-stage reduction-gear train is installed through the intermediate shaft (9) and the output shaft (10), wherein N≥2. Each of the stages of the reduction-gear trains includes a pair of gears having a different transmission ratio. The output shaft (10) of the power source (1) and the input shaft (2) of the automatic transmission are integrally manufactured. A rear cover of the power source (1) and a front housing of the automatic transmission are integrated. The driving assembly is placed in the front of the vehicle, and drives rear wheels of the vehicle.
