    摘要: A drive axle assembly includes a drive axle housing and a differential disposed within the drive axle housing, the differential including a pinion gear configured to be driven by an input shaft, a crown gear driven by the pinion gear to rotate about a rotation axis, and a plurality of differential gears driven by the crown gear and configured to be drivingly coupled to a first and a second driven shaft. The drive axle assembly further includes a first lubricant baffle fixed to the drive axle housing and having a first axial end portion facing a toothed front face of the crown gear. And the drive axle assembly includes an exchangeable axial spacer to set an axial position of the first axial end portion of the first lubricant baffle.

    摘要: A locking differential assembly includes a differential case defining an axis of rotation. A lock collar is selectably engageable with a first side gear to selectably prevent the first side gear and a second side gear from rotating relative to the differential case. A coil disposed at an end of the differential case. An armature selectably magnetically actuatable by the coil. An armature position indicator arm rigidly attached to the armature for simultaneous movement with the armature. At least two relay pin assemblies are each connected to the lock collar and connected to the armature to space the lock collar a predetermined distance from the armature for translation parallel to the axis of rotation. A sensor connected to the differential case to detect a proximity of the armature position indicator arm to the sensor and to output an electrically detectable signal indicative of an engagement status of the lock collar.

The second half shaft is connected to an input of the mechanical pump. The brake includes a brake caliper, a brake disc, and a brake disc shaft fixedly connected to the brake disc. The brake disc shaft is fixedly connected to the first half shaft.

    摘要: A differential for a vehicle includes a final drive gear with a final drive gear spline, a differential carrier with a differential carrier spline, and an axially slidable clutch. The axially slidable clutch includes a first clutch spline drivingly engaged with a one of the final drive gear spline or the differential carrier spline and a second clutch spline for selectively drivingly engaging with the other one of the final drive gear spline or the differential carrier spline. In an example embodiment, the differential also includes a pair of side gears, each including an inner spline for drivingly engaging a respective axle shaft, a pair of radially offset spider gears, each drivingly engaged with both of the side gears, and a shaft extending through the pair of radially offset spider gears into the differential carrier.
