    摘要： A plug connection (1) for fluid lines, with two intermateable coupling parts (2, 3), which in an inserted state can be releasably locked via a locking device (4) consisting of two outer radial flange-like retaining ribs (21, 31) of the two coupling parts (2, 3), which are adjacent in an insertion direction (S) and axial (X-X) in inserted state and a retaining part (5) with an annular contour, which in preassembled state can be axially and radially fixed and undetachably assembled on one of the two coupling parts (3) and in an assembled state axially and radially encompasses the retaining ribs (21, 31) of the two coupling parts with at least one radially elastically moving retaining section (53) with a C-shaped axial section having two collars (51, 52). The plug connection incorporates features to ensure the undetachability of the retaining part (5) and minimize the space requirement, in particular during disassembly.

    摘要： A plug connection having two intermateable coupling parts that can be releasably locked via a locking device. The locking device includes a radial retaining bar on each of the coupling parts and a retaining part with a circumferentially closed annular contour. In a preassembled state, the retaining is undetachably assembled on one of the two coupling parts. In an assembled state, the retaining part axially and radially encompasses the retaining bars of both coupling parts. The retaining part includes an elastically moving retaining section having a C-shaped section defined by two collars. The collars have different sizes and/or shapes such that one collar releases an adjacent retaining bar upon the radial elastic outward movement out of the assembled state. The other collar remains engaged behind the retaining bar of the other coupling part.

The molded part is rotationally symmetrical or at least partially annular in cross section and formed by a plasticized polymeric mass containing fibers being injected through an injection opening into a cavity of a molding tool. Once the polymeric mass has solidified, the molded part is removed from the tool. Injection into the cavity takes place through at least two injection openings in such a way that the fibers are aligned predominantly in the main stress directions of axial tension and torsion in the molded part.

    摘要： A connector device having a housing part and a clamping ring arranged in the receiving hole and cooperating with an inner cone of the housing part to lock a plugged-in media conduit. An inner insertion piece is removably connected to a base piece and provided with the inner cone. The insertion piece has at least two radially elastic spring arms to enable removal of the conduit. Radially outward-protruding catching extensions of the spring arms engage catching holes for detaching purposes. A contamination seal is disposed in the region of free ends of the spring arms to circumferentially rest upon the media conduit. The catching extensions are disconnected from the sealing area via a deformation zone so that the radial detaching movement of the catching extensions is performed without being influenced by the contamination seal because the deformation zone is deformed.
