    摘要: An assembled media line, or a section of a media line, for connecting a tank to a dosing unit in order to add a reducing agent into a SCR catalyst system of an internal combustion engine. The fluid line has electric heating in some sections for heating of the fluid. The fluid line is additionally provided, at least in some areas, with fluid tempering. In use, the media line connects a tank to a dosing unit in order to add a reducing agent in a SCR catalyst system of an internal combustion engine, and wherein the engine coolant is used as tempering fluid. The tempering is achieved by inclusion of at least one tempering line running alongside the fluid line. A line connector for such a media line includes a connecting housing in which the fluid line and two tempering lines can be connected.

    摘要: A plug connection having two intermateable coupling parts that can be releasably locked via a locking device. The locking device includes a radial retaining bar on each of the coupling parts and a retaining part with a circumferentially closed annular contour. In a preassembled state, the retaining is undetachably assembled on one of the two coupling parts. In an assembled state, the retaining part axially and radially encompasses the retaining bars of both coupling parts. The retaining part includes an elastically moving retaining section having a C-shaped section defined by two collars. The collars have different sizes and/or shapes such that one collar releases an adjacent retaining bar upon the radial elastic outward movement out of the assembled state. The other collar remains engaged behind the retaining bar of the other coupling part.

    摘要: Disclosed is an optimizing method for regulating the operating state of a guided machine tool having a tool rotating at a certain speed and subjected to a percussion frequency during a boring action, in which the tool, subjected in addition to a force, is driven into an object of a given material. The method includes, determination of the parameters characterizing the actual operating state of the machine tool; conduction of an adaptive process analysis based on the determined parameters in order to obtain parameter-specific, relevant characteristics; evaluation of the parameter-specific, relevant characteristics within the framework of a logical decision-making process in order to obtain information characterizing the actual operating state; selection of known reference data of the utilized tool describing the operating state and of the to-be-machined material according to a given quality criterion; determination of an optimum operating point for the machine tool determinable by the rotational speed and percussion frequency by comparison of the information characterizing the actual operating state with the selected reference data; and regulation of the machine tool regarding the rotational speed and percussion frequency based on the determined optimum operating point.

    摘要: A rotary hammer is provided which comprises a tool holder (2) and an air cushion hammering mechanism which comprises a cylinder (8′) having one end (8) that is connected to the tool holder, a piston (9), a ram (10) and a beat piece (21) slidably located in the cylinder so that reciprocation of the piston in the cylinder will cause the ram to reciprocate in the cylinder and thus cause the beat piece to hit a bit located in the tool holder. The ram (10) has an annular recess (31) in its peripheral surface at the end thereof nearest the piston (9), in which recess is located an annular seal (30). The annular seal has an annular seating flap (36) lying on the radially outwardly directed surface of the recess and an annular sealing flap (38) that is joined to the seating flap and extends between the radially outwardly directed surface of the recess and the inner wall of the cylinder (8′).

A casing encloses at least part of the spindle so as to define a chamber between the spindle and the casing. A damping mass is slideably supported by a spacer and is located within the chamber and is connected to the hammer housing via a spring so as to oscillate back and forth along the spindle to minimize the vibration of the hammer housing and also so as to generate air flows within the chamber for facilitating heat transfer from the spindle to the metal casing.
