摘要: A thermotherapy device (1) includes a basic housing (2) with walls (14) with a support for a patient and an especially transparent covering hood (3) for the basic housing (2), which covering hood can be moved between a closed position and an open position, so that the basic housing (2) is closed by the covering hood (3) in the closed position. A guide mechanism (4) is provided for mechanically guiding the motion of the covering hood (3) between the closed position and open position. A heater such as a convection heater with a blower heats the air and/or an air humidifier humidifies the air. The covering hood (3) is moved in a simple manner and access to the support for a patient is essentially not hindered by the covering hood (3) in the open position.

摘要: A double temperature sensor is provided for determining the body temperature. The sensor includes at least a first temperature sensor element for measuring a near-surface temperature of the ambient air and a second temperature sensor element for measuring a temperature of the skin surface. The first and the second temperature sensor elements are arranged in a sensor block. A holding element surrounds the sensor block at least partially. An adhesive element fixes the holding element on the skin surface. A spring element acts on the sensor block and provides a spring force directed in the direction of the skin surface.

摘要: An incubator or a thermotherapy device is provided with a reclining surface (1) and with one or more limiting walls (5, 6) above the reclining surface (1) and with openings or removed long-side side walls (2, 3) and with a foot side opening or removed foot-side side wall. Discharge channels (7, 8, 9) are provided for air on both sides along the reclining surface (1) and on one front or foot side of the reclining surface (1), containing guide elements of a guide device (11). The guide elements can be set at angles α in the direction of the discharge channels (7, 8, 9). Spoilers of a deflecting device (13) can be set at deflection angles β in relation to the reclining surface (1), on both sides along the reclining surface (1) and on the front side of the reclining surface (1). An exhaust unit (10) for air is located opposite the front side and is positioned under the upper limiting wall. The guide elements (11) in the discharge channels (7, 8) at the removed long-side side walls (2, 3) are set at angles α in the range of about 15° to 100°. The spoilers (13) of the long-side discharge channels (7, 8) at the removed long-side side walls (2, 3) are set at angles β in the range of about 15° to 110°. The air discharge velocity of the air from the discharge channels (7, 8) at the removed long-side side walls (2, 3) is in the range of about 0.1 m/sec to 1.0 m/sec. The guide elements (11) in the front-side discharge channel (9) are set such that the discharge angle α corresponds to the deflection angle β of the spoilers (13) in the long-side discharge channels (7, 8). The air discharge velocity from the front-side discharge channel (9) has a maximum of 0.1 m/sec to 1.0 m/sec in the middle of the discharge channel (9) and changes continuously towards the long sides until it reaches the air discharge velocity in the corners as the air discharge velocity from the discharge channels (7, 8).

摘要: A method is provided for the contactless determination of the body core temperature of a person (7), wherein the surface temperature of the person (7) is detected at a measuring site (6) on the body by means of a temperature sensor unit (2) arranged at a spaced location therefrom. The sensor signal generated by the temperature sensor unit (2) is sent to an evaluating unit (3) for evaluating the sensor signal and for calculating the body core temperature, and the temperature signal generated in the evaluating unit (3) is sent to a display unit (4) for the optical display of the body core temperature determined. The temperature sensor unit (2) locally identifies a measuring area (8) on the body in a first step and the measuring area (8) on the body is resolved by the temperature sensor unit (2) in a second step such that the measuring site (6) on the body is detected and the detection is carried out by the temperature sensor unit (2) at this measuring site (6) on the body.
