摘要: To form the drive for an electrically-actuatable vehicle brake whose frictional elements can be pressed against a brake disk (38) with the aid of an electric motor (4), the electric motor (4) is connected, by way of a spindle gear that acts, with axial guidance and protection against relative rotation, in the direction of displacement of the frictional elements, to a brake piston (24), which is seated to be axially displaceable and acts on the frictional elements. A pitch-true, planetary-roller threaded (SPWG) spindle (12) known per se is used as the spindle gear, the spindle comprising a spindle shaft (16), a spindle nut (14) encompassing this shaft, and a plurality of barrel or roller bodies (28) disposed between the two, the bodies being provided with grooved profiles (29) that fit the spindle shaft (16). The barrel or roller bodies (28) are seated by a plurality of guide rings (30) or a guide body (30') and bearings (18, 20) disposed between them. The barrel or roller bodies (28) are disposed with fixedly-predetermined spacing relative to the spindle nut (14) and one another.

摘要: An electromechanical brake, in particular for vehicles, has an electric actuator which generates an actuation force and acts on at least one frictional element so as to press the latter, in order to bring about a frictional force, against a rotatable component of the brake which is to be braked. In order to keep the actuation force to be applied by the actuator low, there is, between the component to be braked and the electric actuator, an arrangement which brings about the self-energization of the actuation force generated by the electric actuator. In the event of a deviation between the setpoint value and the actual value, a device for comparing a setpoint value of the frictional force with the actual value of the frictional force controls the electric actuator, in order to correspondingly increase or decrease the generated actuation force, with the result that the actual value is approximated to the setpoint value of the frictional force. Fluctuations in the coefficient of friction thus do not have a disruptive effect.

摘要: An apparatus for converting rotary motion into axial motion includes a spindle with an external contour and a nut with an internal profile and interposed contoured rollers which have two different contours, one of which produces an axial connection with the contour of the spindle, and the other of which produces a corresponding axial connection with the contour of the interior of the nut. It is preferred that the contour on the interior of the nut be in the form of relatively coarse grooves of V-shaped cross section, with fine simplex thread on the exterior of the spindle. Coarse grooves corresponding to and fitting the coarse grooves on the interior of the nut, alternating with a number of fine grooves corresponding to the fine simplex thread on the spindle, are provided on the outside of the rollers that are disposed between the spindle and the nut.

摘要: To trigger technical control operations and/or to trigger the execution of technical functions, a manually operated input device with a torque-force sensor is used. Pressure is exerted onto a user interface of this input device and results in the generation of a pulse, which is measured with the aid of the force-torque sensor and converted into a pair of vectors formed by a force vector and a moment vector. This vector pair is then checked to determine whether certain predefined characteristic pulse conditions have been met. If these predefined pulse conditions are identified as having been met, at least one technical control operation that is to be performed by means of the input device and linked to a certain object, and/or at least one technical function to be executed by means of the input device, is triggered by switching to an activation state.

摘要: To create an additional steering angle for a vehicle, an actuator having a microprocessor-controlled electric motor functioning as the drive and a gear driven by said electric motor, is used to apply to the wheels the additional steering angle at the vehicle axle. The gear is a known constant-pitch planetary rolling-contact threaded-spindle gear (constant-pitch PRCTS gear) (12), consisting of a spindle rod (16), a spindle nut (14) surrounding the former, and a number of interposed rollers or rolling elements (18) with a groove profile (19) matching the thread (17) of the spindle rod (16). The rollers or rolling elements (18) are run on a number of guide rings (20) and interposed bearings (20), and placed at a fixed predetermined distance relative to the spindle nut (14) and to one another. The spindle rod (16) concurrently functions as the axis of the electric motor and is placed inside an electric motor rotor (9′). The constant-pitch PRCTS gear (12) furthermore has assigned sensor means with control-engineering type feedback to determine the position of the spindle rod (12).

摘要: A gear unit in which a cable, band or similar device is fitted between the drive and the output in order to transform a fast rotational movement at the drive end, which is limited in both directions, into a slow rotational movement at the output end. The cable is fastened at both ends to an oscillating intermediary single-piece divided into two segments, and rests against the outer walls of the intermediary piece and is wound around the shaft of the drive so as to transfer a driving torque. A position sensor is assigned to the inner segment of the intermediary piece, and/or a torque sensor is mounted between both segments of the intermediary piece. A fast rotational movement of the drive is transformed into a slow rotational movement without play, and provides a good synchronization characteristic.
