    摘要: An object is to increase the linear driving force in a linear-motion actuator of the type in which the rotary motion of the rotor shaft of an electric motor is converted to the linear motion of planetary rollers disposed between the rotor shaft and an outer ring member by rotating the planetary rollers about the axis of the rotor shaft and also about their own axes.In an actuator of the type in which a plurality of planetary rollers 4 disposed between the rotor shaft 2a of an electric motor 2 and an outer ring member 3 fixed in position around the outer periphery of the rotor shaft 2a are rotated about the axis of the rotor shaft and also about their own axes, thereby converting the rotary motion of the rotor shaft 2a to the linear motion of the planetary rollers 4, a helical groove 7 is formed in the radially outer surface of each planetary roller 4 in which a helical rib formed on the radially inner surface of the outer ring member 3 is received. The helical groove 7 has a pitch equal to that of the helical rib and a lead angle different from that of the helical rib. With this arrangement, the amount of the linear motion of the planetary rollers 4 relative to the amount of the rotary motion of the rotor shaft 2a is determined by the difference in lead angle between the helical groove 7 and the helical rib. Thus, it is possible to obtain a large linear driving force.

    摘要: The electrically operated disc brakes (10, 210) may include a high efficiency screw and nut mechanism (60) and/or a one-way clutch mechanism (230). The high efficiency screw and nut mechanism (60) includes a screw (86) with a screw thread (89) that has a predetermined pitch, and at least one nut (77, 97) disposed about the screw (86) and having an interior opening (78, 98) with a nut thread (79, 99) therein. The pitch of the nut thread (79, 99) is equal to the pitch of the screw thread (89), and the pitch diameter of the nut thread (79, 99) is greater than the pitch diameter of the screw thread (89). The screw (86) is driven by the electric motor (40) of the disc brake (10, 210). The one-way clutch mechanism (230) includes a sun gear drive member (252) which has oppositely disposed radial drive slots (257) through which extends a drive pin (243) that extends transversely through the drive shaft (241) of the electric motor (240). The sun gear drive member (252) is journalled within a cage member (281) which has oppositely disposed radial cage slots (282) into which extends the drive pin (243). The radial cage slots (282) are in circumferential non-alignment with the radial drive slots (257) of the sun gear drive member (252). The sun gear drive member (252) includes cam surfaces (253) receiving roller bearings (290) thereat, the roller bearings (290) extending through oppositely disposed openings (284) within the cage member (281) to engage an interior surface (297) of an annular housing (295). The clutch mechanism (230) permits the sun gear drive member (252) to be rotated in both directions by the drive shaft (241), but when reaction forces attempt to reverse rotation of the drive member (252) and electric motor (240), the clutch mechanism (230) locks and prevents such reverse rotation.

    摘要: The electrically operated disc brakes (10, 210) may include a high efficiency screw and nut mechanism (60) and/or a one-way clutch mechanism (230). The high efficiency screw and nut mechanism (60) includes a screw (86) with a screw thread (89) that has a predetermined pitch, and at least one nut (77, 97) disposed about the screw (86) and having an interior opening (78, 98) with a nut thread (79, 99) therein. The pitch of the nut thread (79, 99) is equal to the pitch of the screw thread (89), and the pitch diameter of the nut thread (79, 99) is greater than the pitch diameter of the screw thread (89). The screw (86) is driven by the electric motor (40) of the disc brake (10, 210). The one-way clutch mechanism (230) includes a sun gear drive member (252) which has oppositely disposed radial drive slots (257) through which extends a drive pin (243) that extends transversely through the drive shaft (241) of the electric motor (240). The sun gear drive member (252) is journalled within a cage member (281) which has oppositely disposed radial cage slots (282) into which extends the drive pin (243). The radial cage slots (282) are in circumferential non-alignment with the radial drive slots (257) of the sun gear drive member (252). The sun gear drive member (252) includes cam surfaces (253) receiving roller bearings (290) thereat, the roller bearings (290) extending through oppositely disposed openings (284) within the cage member (281) to engage at interior surface (297) of an annular housing (295). The clutch mechanism (230) permits the sun gear drive member (252) to be rotated in both directions by the drive shaft (241), but when reaction forces attempt to reverse rotation of the drive member (252) and electric motor (240), the clutch mechanism (230) locks and prevents such reverse rotation.

    摘要: An actuator has planetary rollers disposed between a rotor shaft of an electric motor and an outer ring member fixed around the rotor shaft. The planetary rollers are rotated about the axis of the rotor shaft and about their own axes, thereby converting rotary motion of the rotor shaft to linear motion of the planetary rollers A helical groove is formed in the radially outer surface of each planetary roller in which a helical rib formed on the radially inner surface of the outer ring member is received. The helical groove has a pitch equal to that of the helical rib and a lead angle different from that of the helical rib. The amount of the linear motion of the planetary rollers relative to the amount of the rotary motion of the rotor shaft is determined by the difference in lead angle between the helical groove and the helical rib.

This recess may comprise a wall aperture between two adjacent screws. It is also possible to arrange a tube which connects two recesses of this type. A further option consists in fitting an insert part in a recess in the screw.

A pitch-true, planetary-roller threaded (SPWG) spindle (12) known per se is used as the spindle gear, the spindle comprising a spindle shaft (16), a spindle nut (14) encompassing this shaft, and a plurality of barrel or roller bodies (28) disposed between the two, the bodies being provided with grooved profiles (29) that fit the spindle shaft (16). The barrel or roller bodies (28) are seated by a plurality of guide rings (30) or a guide body (30') and bearings (18, 20) disposed between them. The barrel or roller bodies (28) are disposed with fixedly-predetermined spacing relative to the spindle nut (14) and one another.
