摘要: Provided is a catalyst washcoat comprising (i) a molecular sieve loaded with about 1 to about 10 weight percent of at least non-aluminum promoter metal (wherein the promoter metal weight percent is based on the weight of the molecular sieve); and (ii) about 1 to about 30 weight percent of a binder having a d90 particle size of less than 10 microns (wherein the binder weight percent is based on the total weight of the washcoat). In another aspect of the invention, the catalyst washcoat is applied to a wall-flow filter to form a catalyst article. In another aspect of the invention the catalyst article is part of an exhaust gas treatment system. And in yet another aspect of the invention, provided is a method for treating exhaust gas using the catalyst article.

摘要: A vehicular exhaust filter comprising a porous substrate having an inlet face and an outlet face with the porous substrate comprising inlet channels extending from the inlet face and outlet channels extending from the outlet face is disclosed. The inlet channels and the outlet channels are separated by a plurality of filter walls having a porous structure. The vehicular exhaust filter is loaded with a refractory powder having a tapped density before loading of less than 0.10 g/cm3 and the vehicular exhaust filter has a mass loading of the refractory powder of less than 10 g/l.

摘要: A catalytic wall-flow monolith filter for use in an emission treatment system comprises a wall flow substrate having a first and a second face, and first and second pluralities of channels. The first plurality of channels is open at the first face and closed at the second face. The second plurality of channels is open at the second face and closed at the first face. The monolith filter comprises a porous substrate having a first zone extending from the first face towards the second face and a second zone extending from the second face towards the first face. Each of the zones are less that filter length. A first catalytic material is distributed throughout the first zone of the porous substrate, and a second catalytic material covers at least a portion of the surfaces in the second zone of the porous substrate and is not distributed throughout the porous substrate.

摘要: A catalytic wall-flow monolith filter for use in an emission treatment system comprises a wall flow monolith comprising a porous substrate having surfaces that define the channels and having a first zone extending in the longitudinal direction from a first end face towards a second end face for a distance less than the filter length and a second zone extending in the longitudinal direction from the second end face towards the first end face and extending in the longitudinal direction for a distance less than the filter length, wherein a first SCR catalyst is distributed throughout the first zone of the porous substrate, an ammonia oxidation catalyst is distributed throughout the second zone of the porous substrate and a second SCR catalyst is located in a layer that covers the surfaces in the second zone of the porous substrate.

摘要: A catalyzed soot filter for a diesel engine comprises a wall flow substrate having a substrate axial length, wherein surfaces of both the internal walls of a plurality of inlet and a plurality of outlet channels comprise a catalytic washcoat of at least one on-wall coating composition for oxidizing NO in exhaust gas to NO2, wherein the washcoat on the inlet channels extends for an axial inlet coating length from an open inlet end to a downstream inlet coating end, the washcoat on the outlet channels extends for an axial outlet coating length from an upstream outlet end to an open outlet end, the axial inlet coating length and the axial outlet coating length are both less than the substrate axial length and the outlet coating length is greater than the inlet coating length.
