摘要: Provided is an exhaust purification filter that is able to reduce pressure loss and that has high exhaust purification performance and particulate matter trapping performance. This exhaust purification filter comprises a filter substrate having a wall flow structure, and an exhaust purification catalyst supported on a partition wall of the filter substrate. The volume-based median pore diameter (D50) of the filter substrate is 18 μm or greater, the full width at half maximum of the pore distribution of the filter substrate is 7 μm to 15 μm, and the exhaust purification catalyst is supported in an unevenly distributed manner in a high-density layer in which the density of the exhaust purification catalyst is relatively high and a low-density layer in which the density of the exhaust purification catalyst is relatively low.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide an exhaust gas purifying catalyst filter which has enhanced soot collection performance without increasing pressure loss caused by the formation of a catalyst layer in a partition wall of a wall flow type substrate.
A gasoline engine exhaust gas purifying catalyst filter for purifying exhaust gas of a gasoline engine includes: a wall flow type substrate in which an introduction-side cell having an open exhaust gas introduction-side end, and a discharge-side cell adjacent to the introduction-side cell and having an open exhaust gas discharge-side end are defined by a porous partition wall; and a catalyst layer formed in a pore of the partition wall. An absolute value of a maldistribution degree of the catalyst layer formed in the pore of the partition wall is 4.50 or less. A wash coat amount, excluding a mass of a platinum group, of the catalyst layer formed in the pore of the partition wall, is 40 g/L or more and 50 g/L or less. The catalyst layer formed in the pore of the partition wall is a single layer. The catalyst layer is free of Ba.-

摘要: A honeycomb filter includes a pillar-shaped honeycomb structure body having a porous partition wall disposed to surround a plurality of cells and a plugging portion. The partition wall defining outflow cells includes an exhaust-gas purifying catalyst at least at a part of a region of 0 to 80% of a thickness of the partition wall and includes a portion that does not include the exhaust-gas purifying catalyst in a region of exceeding 80% and being 100% or less of the thickness of the partition wall, and the partition wall defining the inflow cells is not loaded with the exhaust-gas purifying catalyst on the surface, or is loaded with the exhaust-gas purifying catalyst so that a percentage of a ratio of an area of a range loaded with the exhaust-gas purifying catalyst to a surface area of the partition wall defining the inflow cells is 10% or less.
