    摘要: An embodiment of Horizontal and Vertical Axis Wind Generator (HVAWG) concept with the rotating wings, the gearbox, repulsive magnets attached to the wings and the wind tunnel cover with the same pole magnets or repulsive magnets is described. This feature allows for a number of improvements over the current state of the art including damage protection and the ability to remain operational during high wind conditions. In addition, the invention described here is scalable for cars, boats, motor cycles, camping cars, homes, offices, and power plants.

    摘要: An embodiment of Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT) concept with eight rotating impellers with eight rotating wind vanes, wherein each wind vane is attached to each impeller through the vane angle adjusting devices is described. Further described is the vane angle adjusting device with coupling blocking fork and the impeller with the high load capacity and increased output. In addition, the gear reducer module and the cone clutch are described that control the power transmission from the wind vane and the impeller in case of strong gusts or wind. This feature allows for a number of improvements over the current state of the art including high energy efficiency, damage protection and the ability to remain operational during high wind conditions.

    摘要: A method is described for transmitting channel status information by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. A radio frequency (RF) signal is received from a plurality of downlink component carriers. Each downlink component carrier has a respective center frequency. A channel measurement result of at least one downlink component carrier from among the plurality of downlink component carriers is reported via an uplink. Downlink subframes available for measurement are contiguous on a downlink component carrier in an activated state. Downlink subframes available for measurement are non-contiguous on a downlink component carrier in a deactivated state.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention is directed to a method of transmitting an ACK/NACK (Acknowledgement/Negative-ACK) signal at a user equipment in the wireless communication system, the method includes receiving a first downlink control channel from a base station; receiving scheduling information through a second downlink control channel from the base station; deciding an uplink resource index for transmitting an ACK/NACK signal associated with the scheduling by considering the first control channel when the first control channel has a predetermined format; and transmitting the ACK/NACK signal to the base station by using an uplink resource indicated by the uplink resource index.
