    摘要: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method in which a terminal transmits control information in a wireless communication system, and to an apparatus for the method, wherein the method comprises the following steps: spreading a control information block corresponding to one single carrier frequency division multiplexing (SC-FDMA) symbol, such that the spread control information blocks correspond to a plurality of first SC-FDMA symbols; performing a discrete Fourier transform (DFT) precoding process on the spread control information blocks on an SC-FDMA symbol basis; transmitting, in the plurality of first SC-FDMA symbols in a subframe, the DFT precoded control information blocks; and transmitting, in a plurality of second SC-FDMA symbols in the subframe, a reference signal sequence, wherein an orthogonal code is applied to the plurality of second SC-FDMA symbols in a time domain.

    摘要: A radio base station apparatus has a multiplication section that multiplies downlink control information allocated to an extended downlink control channel resource region in a resource block, by a user terminal-specific weight; and a reporting section that reports one group, among a plurality of groups that are configured by selecting different antenna ports from a plurality of antenna ports corresponding to the number of transmission layers of a demodulation reference signal, to the user terminal, and in each group, extended downlink control channel resource regions in the resource block and antenna ports to constitute the group are associated with each other; and the multiplication section multiplies a demodulation reference signal corresponding to an antenna port in the one group that is associated with the extended downlink control channel resource regions where the downlink control information is allocated, by the weight.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for performing channel estimation and detection in a Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output (MIMO) system, including: generating a demodulation reference signal, DM-RS, pattern for an extended cyclic prefix (CP); and estimating and detecting channel performance based on the generated DM-RS signal pattern. The DM-RS pattern supports from rank 1 to rank 8 patterns for 8 layer transmission. A transmitter, a receiver and a system thereof are also provided. The solution of the present invention improves channel estimation accuracy, saves channel estimation implementation and implementation complexity at terminals.

    摘要: Techniques for multiplexing pilots in a wireless transmission are described. In one aspect, a transmitter station generates multiple pilot sequences for multiple transmit antennas, with each pilot sequence comprising pilot symbols sent in the time domain on a different set of subcarriers. The transmitter station further generates multiple pilot transmissions for the transmit antennas based on the pilot sequences. In another aspect, a transmitter station generates multiple pilot sequences for multiple transmit antennas based on frequency-domain code division multiplexing (FD-CDM) of a Chu sequence defined by a transmitter-specific value. The transmitter station further generates multiple pilot transmissions for the transmit antennas based on the pilot sequences. In yet another aspect, a transmitter station generates multiple pilot transmissions for multiple transmit antennas based on a first multiplexing scheme and generates multiple data transmissions based on a second multiplexing scheme that is different from the first multiplexing scheme.

    摘要: Systems and methods are provided for determining a channel quality indicator (CQI) in a transmission system associated with a diversity transmission scheme. A plurality of independent diversity branches are identified in the diversity transmission scheme. Each one of the independent diversity branches may correspond to a different portion of the effective channel and may include any suitable combination of frequency, time, and/or spatial components of the effective channel or of any wired or wireless paths or combinations of the same. An effective Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) value is computed for each one of the identified independent diversity branches. The computed effective SNR values are combined for the identified independent diversity branches to generate a CQI value.
