Abstract:
An apparatus and method for controlling a high power amplifier in a communication system are provided. The apparatus includes a Radio Frequency (RF) power detection unit for detecting an intensity of an RF input signal, a high power amplifier controller for determining a control signal, which indicates a voltage value of a drain bias to be provided to at least one drain node from among drain nodes of a drive amplifier and a main amplifier included in the high power amplifier, according to the detected intensity, a Direct Current (DC) voltage supplying unit for generating a DC voltage corresponding to the determined control signal, a drain bias connection unit for providing the generated DC voltage to said at least one drain node from among the drain nodes of the drive amplifier and the main amplifier, and the drive amplifier and the main amplifier for amplifying the RF input signal according to the provided DC voltage.
Abstract:
A semiconductor memory device includes a main word line signal generator configured to generate a main word line signal having a first swing width, a sub-word line signal generator configured to generate a first sub-word line signal and a second sub-word line signal having a second swing width and a third swing width, respectively, a first sub-word line driver configured to drive a corresponding sub-word line with the first sub-word line signal or a negative word line voltage in response to the main word line signal, and a second sub-word line driver configured to drive the corresponding sub-word line with the negative word line voltage in response to the second sub-word line signal.
Abstract:
An aerodynamic lens, comprises a cylindrical body having an inlet and an outlet; and a convergence-divergence lens portion inside the cylindrical body, having a lens hole formed at the center of the convergence-divergence lens portion, through which a carrier gas and particles pass, a convergence slant surface at a convergence angle (α) with a central axis of the aerodynamic lens at the front of the lens hole, and a divergence slant surface at a divergence angle (β) with the central axis of the aerodynamic lens at the rear of the lens hole.
Abstract:
An aerodynamic lens includes a cylindrical hollow body having an inlet and an outlet, and first and second focusing parts formed in the body. The first focusing part includes a plurality of orifice lenses of which inner diameters (df) are gradually decreased in an advancing direction of particle. The second focusing part includes a plurality of orifice lenses of which inner diameters (df) are gradually increased in the advancing direction of particle.
