摘要： A liquid crystal display panel includes n-number of gate lines, (m+1)-number of data lines and (m×n)-number of pixels, wherein the ‘n’ and ‘m’ are natural numbers. The gate lines are extended in a first direction. The data lines are extended in a second direction that is substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The first and last data lines are electrically connected to each other. The pixels are arranged in a matrix shape. M-number of the pixels is arranged along the first direction, and n-number of the pixels is arranged along the second direction. A pixel electrode of the pixels arranged in the second direction are electrically connected to left and right data lines alternately to enhance a display quality and reduce power consumption.

An organic semiconductor contacts the source electrode and the drain electrode via an insulating layer having an opening that defines the location of the organic semiconductor. The insulating layer includes an acrylic photosensitive resin having a fluorine-containing compound. A method of manufacturing the above-described thin film transistor array panel is disclosed.

摘要： In an array substrate, a display apparatus having the same and a method for repairing the same, a substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area that is adjacent to the display area. A plurality of signal transmitting lines are formed in the peripheral area of the substrate. A plurality of signal lines are formed in the display area of the substrate and connected to the signal transmitting lines. A repair part is formed in the peripheral area of the substrate. The repair part intersects and is insulated from the signal transmitting lines so as to repair a first opened signal transmitting line of the signal transmitting lines. Thus, the array substrate may be produced in high-yield and prevent signal distortion.
