    摘要: A rotary actuator has a cylinder and a motor shaft as well as end caps which define a working area. A number of ribs extend from the inside wall surface of the cylinder and an equal number of vanes extend from the outside shell surface of the motor shaft. The ribs and vanes divide the working area into working chambers which are alternately supplied with hydraulic medium. Seals are disposed in grooves in the ribs and the vanes, which seals are braced between the inside wall surface of the cylinder or the outside shell surface of the motor shaft and the respective groove base, so that the seals hydraulically separate the working chambers from one another. The outside shell surface of the motor shaft and the inside wall surface of the cylinder are designed with recesses, so that the prestress on the seals is neutralized in at least one installation position of the motor shaft. The rotary actuator can be used in a stabilizer bar of a motor vehicle suspension system. The recesses make assembly of the actuator conducive to a method of mass production.

    摘要: A stator for an electrical machine includes a stator yoke and a plurality of stator coils arranged on the stator yoke. An interconnection arrangement is arranged on one end face of the stator yoke. The interconnection arrangement has connecting conductors which are electrically insulated from one another. The connecting conductors are arranged concentrically with respect to one another and each have a different diameter. The connecting conductors have connections for the ends of the stator coils and for connection to the electrical machine. To minimize the space requirement of the stator and simultaneously allow the stator coils to be automatically interconnected in an automated manner, the interconnection arrangement is arranged inside an area bounded by the stator coils. Furthermore, the connections for the ends of the stator coils include connection projections designed such that they project outward at an angle to the respective connecting conductor to attach the stator coil ends. A number of cutouts are provided in the connection conductors and are arranged so that the connection projections are bendable into the cutouts once the coil ends have been connected.

The work chambers are alternately supplied with hydraulic medium, and the seals hydraulically separate the working chambers from one another. The seals are in the form of one-piece gasket members and there is a space between the seals and the side walls of the groove in the static rest position. The gasket member, via its end surfaces, its surfaces which define the height of the gasket member, and one side wall, perform a sealing function during operation of the rotary actuator.

    摘要: A rotary actuator for a divided stabilizer on a vehicle axle is taught. The rotary actuator has a cylinder, the ends of which are closed to form a working space. Ribs run axially on the inside diameter of the cylinder. In addition, vanes from a motor shaft have the same axial extension within the cylinder as the ribs of the cylinder. The vanes of the motor shaft and the ribs of the cylinder divide the working space into individual work chambers. The rotary actuator can also have a first and a second hydraulic connection for two separate work chambers, with an additional hydraulic connection system between at least pairs of work chambers. The orientation of the connected work chambers is such that the work chambers corresponding to the first hydraulic connection alternate with those which are connected to the second hydraulic connection. A first cap can be provided to close the end of the working chamber, and this cap can be fixed in place on the rotary actuator by means of a deformation connection to the cylinder.

    摘要: A turbine wheel for driving rapidly rotating tools, in the form of a circular disk or ring, configured for mounting so as to be rotatable about an axis. Disposed thereon in circular formation are turbine blades having axially parallel front and back faces curved in the radial direction. The front face has a lesser radius of curvature (R3, R4), at least in portions, than the back face. This feature allows the turbine wheel to fit into the conventional turbine housings without relatively major redesign and with, at most, slight modifications. The turbine wheel can achieve higher torque than previous turbine wheels at the required high rotational speeds. Thus, a greater quantity of material can be applied to the spraying dome or a spraying disk without a detrimental braking. Surfaces to be sprayed can be provided with a uniform coat of material in shorter time.
