摘要： A cross country ski exerciser has an adjustable forward support that provides for changing the inclination of the frame. The adjustable support permits automatic adjustment of the frame inclination in a series of steps. The adjustment mechanism will reset so that it can be collapsed to a frame lowered position, returned to an operative position and automatically be operative to support the frame. The ski exerciser has folding frame components for compact storage utilizing a single bolt latching arrangement. An arm exerciser supported on the frame has a flywheel for insuring smooth arm movement during the exercise sequence.

摘要： A sensor is provided for displaying an item of merchandise on a display stand. The sensor includes a bottom portion having a recess formed therein and a top portion movably disposed on the bottom portion and adapted for attaching the item of merchandise to the sensor. A power connector is configured to be received within the recess formed in the bottom portion and retained therein when the top portion is aligned with and secured to the bottom portion such that the power connector cannot be removed from the sensor. The sensor may further include an optional anti-rotation bracket for preventing an unauthorized person from rotating the merchandise relative to the sensor and thereby detaching the item of merchandise from the sensor. The display stand may include a base and a cam sleeve rotatably disposed within the base so that the item of merchandise may be positioned in different desired display orientations on the display stand without removing and reorienting the base on a support surface or without reorienting the merchandise on the sensor.

The retaining arm is adjustable to accommodate laptop computers or similar portable electronic products having various widths and a lock mechanism includes a shuttle fixed to a collar made of a magnetically attractive material and a biasing spring for biasing the shuttle into engagement with the retaining leg of the retaining arm. The lock mechanism is operable with a magnetic key to impart a magnetic attraction force to the shuttle to move the shuttle out of engagement with the retaining leg of the retaining arm and thereby permit the retaining arm to move to an unlocked configuration.

摘要： A device for creating an electrical potential, such as a piezoelectric igniter, is connected to a conductor that conducts current to a burn tube to create a spark that ignites the fuel in the burn tube. The safety mechanism disables the operative connection between the trigger and the igniter such that the safety mechanism does not lock the trigger (the trigger may move relative to the torch body) but the movement of the trigger does not actuate the igniter. An actuating button is provided such that the user manually controls the position of the disabling mechanism.

摘要： A counter display includes a pedestal adapted to be positioned on a support surface and at least one lockable display arm for securely displaying items of merchandise suspended from the display arm. The display arm has an elongate rod for supporting the items of merchandise thereon and a mounting end for mounting the display arm on the pedestal. The rod has a free end opposite the mounting end for loading the items of merchandise on the rod and for removing the items of merchandise from the rod. An end assembly is disposed on the display arm adjacent the free end of the rod and is movable between a locked position for preventing items of merchandise from being removed from the rod and an unlocked position for permitting items of merchandise to be removed from the rod. A lock mechanism releasably locks the end assembly on the display arm. Another lock mechanism releasably locks the display arm on the pedestal. Another lock mechanism locks a removable cover on the pedestal such that the display arm cannot be removed from the pedestal unless the cover is removed from the pedestal.

摘要： Security systems and methods configured for use with an item of merchandise for retail display include a housing, at least one sensor carried by the housing and at least one output device carried by the housing. The security system further includes a controller carried by the housing and operably coupled to the sensor and to the output device. The controller is operable to determine a distance traveled by the item of merchandise from a retail display “home” position based upon a sensor input from the sensor, and to activate the output device based upon the distance traveled by the item of merchandise exceeding a threshold distance. The controller may utilize the at least one sensor in conjunction with an inertial navigation system (INS) and motion processing algorithms or techniques to determine the distance traveled by the item of merchandise from the retail display “home” position.
