摘要： A method, system and apparatus for estimating an SLA breach value. The method can include processing resource data to identify an acceptable SLA breach value; and, displaying the acceptable SLA breach value through a user interface. The processing step can include identifying a best practices SLA breach value based upon resource data for an aggregation of customers. Alternatively, the processing step can include identifying an average SLA breach value for a specific customer. As a further alternative, the identifying step can include identifying an average SLA breach value for a specific customer for a specific resource. As yet a further alternative, the processing step can include identifying an SLA breach value trend based upon past measured historical systems management data; and, predicting a future SLA breach value based upon the trend. In all cases, the acceptable SLA breach value can be increased by a fixed proportion.

摘要： Provided are a method, system, and article of manufacture for automated creation and delivery for generating output material. A customer record is generated in a customer database to include fields specifying at least one product, customer preferences, and a selected output method to deliver generated output material on the product specified in the customer record. At least one customer record in the customer database is received to process. A template including at least one query of a content database is processed. The at least one query included in the template using at least one value from the customer record is executed against the content database to access at least one content file. The content of each accessed content file is generated into the output material. A determination is made of a selected one of a plurality of delivery options from the customer record. The output material is transmitted via the determined delivery option to the customer specified in the customer record.

摘要： A skin tanning fixture which may be in the form of a couch with an adjustable cover makes use of a battery of light emitting tubes on the lower side over which is a translucent body supporting sheet. A comparable battery of light emitting tubes are arcuately disposed beneath a reflector on the underside of the cover and also protected by a translucent sheet. There is a greater number of tubes used on the cover than on the lower side and tubes on both sides are arranged in a compact relationship sufficient to generate an energy density of ultraviolet A light rays sufficient to build up a tanning effect in the skin in substantially greater proportion than the proportionate increase in the amount of energy density present due to an increase in the number of tubes.

Strains of algal cells co-cultured in a vessel can then be exposed to the illumination profile under controlled conditions. 摘要： Disclosed is a workflow management system for creating and delivering output material. A customer record is generated to include fields specifying at least one product, customer preferences, and a selected output method to deliver generated output material on the product specified in the customer record. A job record including a status field is added to a job status table for the customer record. The added job record status is set to a first status. A selected job is processed in the job status table. A first worker is invoked if the selected job has the first status. The first worker generates output material from processing the product and customer preference fields in the customer record for the selected job. The status for the selected job in the job status table is set to a second status after generating the output material. A second worker is invoked if the selected job has the second status. The second worker determines a selected one of a plurality of delivery options from the customer record for the selected job and transmits the output material via the determined delivery option to the customer specified in the customer record.
