摘要: A flame retardant polytrimethylene terephthalate resin composition, comprising: 30 to 99 parts by weight of (A) a polytrimethylene terephthalate resin, and 1 to 70 parts by weight of at least one flame retardant selected from the group consisting of (B-1) phosphorus-containing flame retardant and (B-2) nitrogen-containing flame retardant, is disclosed. The composition has superior mechanical characteristics, chemical resistance, electrical characteristics, weatherability, heat aging resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and has superior moldability, good appearance with less warpage deformation when molded, and furthermore has superior flame retardance and does not generate highly corrosive hydrogen halide gas upon combustion.

摘要: The present invention provides a resin composition comprising:(A) at least one thermoplastic resin not having halogen selected from the group consisting of a polyphenylene ether resin, a polycarbonate resin, a polystyrene resin, a polyolefin resin, a polyamide resin and a thermoplastic elastomer; and(B) a phosphoric acid ester compound represented by general formula I: ##STR1## wherein Q.sub.1, Q.sub.2, Q.sub.3 and Q.sub.4 independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 independently represent a methyl group or a hydrogen atom; n represents an integer of 1 or more; n1 and n2 independently represent an integer of 0 to 2; and m1, m2, m3 and m4 independently represent an integer of 1 to 3.According to the present invention, a resin composition excellent in flame retardance can be obtained. A flame retardant agent contained in the resin composition does not cause smoking or volatilize during a molding processing and also does not bleed to the surface of the moldings. Moldings of the resin composition do not discolor, blister and deteriorate in electrical properties and the like due to water absorption.

摘要: Disclosed is a block copolymer comprising at least two S polymer blocks comprising vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon monomer units, and one B polymer block or two or more B polymer blocks which contains or collectively contain isoprene monomer units and 1,3-butadiene monomer units, wherein the amount of the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon monomer units and the total amount of the isoprene monomer units and the 1,3-butadiene monomer units are, respectively, from 60 to 95% by weight and from 40 to 5% by weight, each based on the weight of the copolymer, wherein the isoprene monomer unit/1,3-butadiene monomer unit weight ratio is from 45/55 to 97/3, and wherein the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon monomer unit moiety of the copolymer has a short segment ratio of from 0 to 30% by weight, which is defined as the weight percentage, based on the total weight of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon monomer units in the copolymer, of the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon monomer units in at least one short segment consisting of 1 to 3 vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon monomer units.
