Abstract:
A rotary electric machine includes: a rotating shaft having an axis extending in an axial direction; a rotor fixed to the rotating shaft; a stator provided with a plurality of stator coils; a wire connection part provided at one side of the stator coils in the axial direction, the wire connection part connecting end portions of the stator coils in a specified wire connection pattern; and a resin molded part arranged to cover the wire connection part and the stator coils. The wire connection part includes a plurality of conductive members connected to the end portions of the stator coils and an insulating member arranged to at least partially cover surfaces of the conductive members. The insulating member has projection portions protruding toward the resin molded part existing at the one side of the stator coils in the axial direction.
Abstract:
A rotary electric machine includes a rotor rotatable around an axis, a stator provided to surround the rotor and having a first side on one side, a connecting board, a bracket, connection pins electrically connected to the connecting board, a direct connection connector, and a main circuit connector. Stator windings are electrically connected the connecting board which is provided on the one side. The bracket has an opening and is provided on the one side to be connected to the stator so as to cover the connecting board and the first side of the stator. The direct connection connector is inserted into the opening such that the connection pins are inserted into the direct connection connector to be electrically connected to the direct connection connector. The main circuit connector is inserted into the opening and to be electrically connected to the direct connection connector.
Abstract:
A stator includes a core body provided so as to contact a substantially cylindrical peripheral-wall inner surface of a frame and having a stator coil wound thereupon, and a mold portion in which a coil end of the stator coil is molded out of resin. A gap is provided between the peripheral-wall inner surface and the mold portion.
Abstract:
A rotor for a rotating electric machine includes a rotor core including a plurality of laminated steel plates; a permanent magnet fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core, the permanent magnet having a length in an axial direction less than that of the rotor core; and an adhesive member disposed on a region of the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core between an end of the permanent magnet in the axial direction and an end of the rotor core in the axial direction.
