摘要: To provide a multilayer film for a disposable body warmer outer bag, and a disposable body warmer that are excellent in gas barrier property which inhibits permeation of oxygen gas, water vapor and the like, and that can allow swelling due to hydrogen gas generated during a storage period to be prevented.
In a disposable body warmer outer bag formed from a multilayer film including a sealant layer 10 and a barrier layer 20, the sealant layer 10 and the barrier layer 20 serve as an inner surface and an outer surface of the outer bag, respectively. The sealant layer 10 includes a vapor-deposited layer 12 made by vapor-depositing a metal or metal oxide on at least one surface (upper portion in FIG. 1) of a thermal fusible resin substrate 11. The barrier layer 20 includes a polyvinylidene chloride layer 22 made by coating at least one surface (lower portion in FIG. 1) of a heat-resistant resin substrate 21 with polyvinylidene chloride.-

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat generator that contains a volatile component and in which the volatile component is stably maintained during storage, the volatile component is prevented from adhering to a heat-generating section, and it is possible to achieve an excellent warming effect during use. This heat generator comprises a heat-generating section (1), an accommodation body (2) for accommodating the heat-generating section (1), an adhesive layer (3) provided to an attachment surface side of the accommodation body (2), and a release sheet (4) provided to the attachment surface side of the adhesive layer (3). As a result of including a volatile component in the adhesive layer (3) and respectively providing gas barrier layers (211), (41) to a first packaging material (21) constituting the attachment surface side of the accommodation body (2) and to the release sheet (4), it is possible to stably maintain the volatile component within the adhesive layer (3) during storage. It is thereby possible to prevent the volatile component from adhering to the heat-generating section (1) during storage and to achieve an excellent warming effect during use.

摘要: An outer bag for disposable body warmer packaging and a disposable body warmer are provided that are excellent in a gas barrier property that inhibits permeation of oxygen gas, water vapor, and the like, which can allow swelling due to hydrogen gas generated during a storage period to be prevented.Provided is an outer bag for disposable body warmer packaging having an accommodating portion accommodating a disposable body warmer accommodated in an air-permeable inner bag and generating heat through contact with air, the outer bag comprising a low air-permeability portion having an oxygen permeability of 1.5 to 20 cc/m2·day·atm measured at 20° C. and 90% RH and having a water vapor permeability of 0.05 to 10 g/m2·day measured at 40° C. and 90% RH; and an air-impermeable portion having an oxygen permeability of 1.3 cc/m2·day·atm or lower measured at 20° C. and 90% RH and a water vapor permeability of 2.0 g/m2·day or lower measured at 40° C. and 90% RH, wherein a ratio of an area of the low air-permeability portion to a total internal area of the accommodating portion is 15 to 75%.

摘要: The present invention provides a disposable body warmer that makes it possible to suppress scattering of moisture contained in the exothermic composition from the outer bag, and thereby ensure a desired exothermic duration of the exothermic composition when the disposable body warmer is kept in an unused state for a long period of time. The disposable body warmer is structured such that an exothermic composition that contains moisture and generates heat by contact with air is enclosed in one or more air-permeable inner bags, which are accommodated in an airtight outer bag. The outer bag comprises two accommodation units that are partitioned from each other and capable of containing the one or more inner bags. The one or more inner bags each comprise at least one enclosure unit capable of enclosing the exothermic composition, and are accommodated in each accommodation unit in a manner such that at least one of the enclosure units is overlaid with another enclosure unit. The outer bag is formed by overlaying two wrapping films with each other, sealing an entire outer peripheral edge, and partitioning the accommodation units by sealing. Further, in the disposable body warmer, Parameters A to H are set to satisfy Formula (1) below R = A × B × { 1 2 × C - 1 D + 1 E - F × ( G / H ) } ≧ 330 Formula ( 1 ) wherein A represents the inclusion amount (g) of the exothermic composition enclosed in each inner bag in each accommodation unit; B represents the moisture content percentage (%) in the exothermic composition; C represents the area (m2) of the accommodation unit; D represents the number of the enclosure units; E represents the length (m) of an outer peripheral sealing of the accommodation unit; F represents the length (m) of an inner peripheral sealing of the accommodation unit; G represents the strength (N/15 mm) of the outer peripheral sealing; and H represents the strength (N/15 mm) of the inner peripheral sealing.
