摘要: An elevator and a method for determining energy and/or power consumption of an elevator, the elevator comprising a drive system comprising a drive unit for driving an electric motor and an elevator control system for controlling the drive system, wherein at least two different operating states are used for the elevator. The method comprises measuring at least part of power and/or energy consumption of the drive system, at least when the elevator is moving, determining duration which the elevator spends in different operating states of the elevator, and determining energy and/or power consumption of the elevator based at least in part on the measured power and/or energy consumption of the drive system and determined and/or estimated energy and/or power consumption in different operating states of the elevator.

摘要: In a method for performing a balance check with an elevator, a power model of the elevator is established, including the motor power fed to the motor (PM) and power parameters of the motor and the moved components in the hoistway (PK, PP, PFr, PCu, PFe), a test run of the elevator is made, mid motor power values for the up and down direction are determined, i.e. the power fed to the motor at the instant when the car is moving through the middle of the travelling path of the elevator in up and down direction with constant velocity, the difference between the mid power value in up and down direction is determined, the balancing weight difference is obtained from said mid power value difference. This method allows an easy determination of the elevator balance preferably in course of modernizations of an elevator system with a new elevator motor.

摘要: A method for determining the mass of a car and counterweight of an elevator, running in an elevator shaft along their traveling paths driven by an elevator motor, in which method at least one test run is performed preferably as complete round trip of the elevator car and counterweight, in which test run a) the hoisting system balance mB, b) the hoisting system friction FμS, and c) the hoisting system compensation ΔB is calculated from constant speed data, and in which test run d) the hoisting system inertia mass mI is calculated from constant acceleration/deceleration data. From these parameters the weight of the car and counterweight is calculated without any need of weight measurements, but merely by using the power data of the elevator drive unit.

摘要: A method of monitors a climate quality within a building having an elevator running between floors of an elevator hoistway. The elevator car of the elevator includes at least an air-quality sensor. The method is characterized in that a fan of the elevator car is running when the door(s) of the car is/are opening at a floor station to suck air from the building's floor level into the elevator car to the vicinity of the air-quality sensor and sensing the air-quality by the sensor preceding to generating data of the air-quality.
