Abstract:
Provided are an extracellular vesicle collecting apparatus using an electrode and a porous membrane and a method for using the same. The extracellular vesicle collecting apparatus includes i) an upper frame in which a pair of through holes is disposed so that a buffer solution flows therethrough, ii) a buffer tube which is inserted in the through holes and in which the buffer solution flows, iii) a positive electrode disposed on the upper frame, iv) a porous membrane located below the upper frame, v) a spacer which is located below the porous membrane and has a hollow space disposed therein, vi) a plurality of guide tubes through which a blood flows in the hollow space, vii) a lower frame which is coupled to the upper frame to be opposite to the upper frame and receives the porous membrane and the spacer therein, and viii) a negative electrode provided below the lower frame. Extracellular vesicles contained in the blood are collected by the porous membrane.
Abstract:
A wearable device according to the present disclosure includes: a communication portion; a body fluid sensor configured to measure conductivity in body fluid; and a controller configured to control the communication portion to transmit conductivity data to an external device in response to the frequency of rapid change in the conductivity.
Abstract:
A sweat sensor patch of the present disclosure is a sweat sensor patch attached to a skin of a user and used, and includes: an opening formed layer which has a first surface and a second surface which face in opposite directions, and includes an opening penetrating in a thickness direction from the first surface to the second surface; an electrode layer formed on an inner wall surface of the opening; a porous layer which is stacked on the second surface of the opening formed layer and is formed to cover the opening; and a porous pillar which extends in the thickness direction of the opening formed layer within the opening and is connected with the porous layer.
Abstract:
Provided is a sensor patch configured to be attached to the skin of a user. The sensor patch may include: at least one opening; and a frame surrounding the at least one opening, wherein the frame may include at least one senor configured to measure a biosignal of the user. Therefore, since the at least one sensor for measuring a biosignal is provided on the frame surrounding at least one opening, it may be possible to continuously obtain a biosignal of the user for a long period of time.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a cantilever sensor, and a biosensor having the same, wherein the cantilever sensor including a slit formed on a flat board and a cantilever formed by the slit, a first electrode formed on the cantilever, and a second electrode formed on the flat board countered to the first electrode about the slit, wherein the electrodes are formed on the cantilever sensor having the slit, whereby sensing can be conducted by an electric method, through which the sensor can be effectively miniaturized.
