    Abstract: Provided is a thermoplastic elastomer composition and the like which can have improved vibration-damping properties while retaining properties inherent in a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer. The thermoplastic elastomer composition contains a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer (A) and a hydrogenated aromatic vinyl compound-based elastomer (B) having a glass transition temperature Tg of −10 to 40° C., wherein the hydrogenated aromatic vinyl compound-based elastomer (B) is a hydrogenate of a block copolymer containing a polymer block (a) having a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (b) having a structural unit derived from a conjugated diene compound, and the ratio by mass of the polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer (A) to the hydrogenated aromatic vinyl compound-based elastomer (B), (A/B) is 99/1 to 1/99.

    Abstract: A resin composition including a component (x) that is a hydrogenate (X) of a block copolymer having a polymer block (A-1) containing a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (B-1) containing a structural unit derived from a conjugated diene compound; and a component (y) that is a block copolymer (Y0) having a polymer block (A-2) containing a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (B-2) containing a structural unit derived from a conjugated diene compound, or a hydrogenate (Y) thereof, wherein the resin composition satisfies the following requirements [1] to [3]; [1] a glass transition temperature of the component (x) is −10° C. or higher; [2] a glass transition temperature of the component (y) is lower than −10° C.; and [3] a ratio Mx/My of a mass Mx of the component (x) to a mass My of the component (y) in the resin composition is 1/99 to 99/1.

    Abstract: Provided is a modified product of a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer that can be added to obtain a resin composition having an excellent balance of mechanical properties such as tensile strength, tensile strain at break, and impact resistance. A modified hydrogenated product of a block copolymer including a polymer block containing a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block containing a structural unit derived from a conjugated diene compound, in which the conjugated diene compound contains isoprene and a conjugated diene compound other than isoprene; the polymer block has a vinyl bonding amount of 30 mol % or less; the modified hydrogenated product has one, or two or more functional groups selected from an alkoxysilyl group, a carboxy group, an amino group, a hydroxy group, an epoxy group, and an acid anhydride-derived group, and has a peak top intensity of loss tangent of 0.95 or less and a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.5 g/10 min or more.

    Abstract: A resin composition or the like may exhibit high vibration damping properties even at a relatively high temperature, have good moldability, and have excellent impact resistance. The resin composition contains a thermoplastic resin (A), a thermoplastic resin (B), and a polar resin (C), wherein the resin composition satisfies (1) to (3): (1) the thermoplastic resin (B) has at least one of a reactive functional group and a monomer unit containing a hetero atom; (2) the thermoplastic resin (A) and the thermoplastic resin (B) are different types of resins; (3) with respect to the total mass of the resin composition, the content of the thermoplastic resin (A) is 1 to 30% by mass, the content of the thermoplastic resin (B) is 1 to 30% by mass, and the content of the polar resin (C) is 40 to 98% by mass.
