    Abstract: A management apparatus (50) configured to manage one storage battery apparatus or a plurality of storage battery apparatuses (301 to 30c) includes: a manager (51) configured to manage a dischargeable amount of electrical power having an environmental added value stored in the storage battery apparatuses (301 to 30c); a determiner (54) configured to determine which of the dischargeable electrical power in the storage battery apparatuses (301 to 30c), the electrical power having the environmental added value or electrical power not having the environmental added value, is to be discharged for each electrical-power consuming facility (201 to 20b); and a transmitter (52) configured to transmit, to the storage battery apparatuses (301 to 30c), a message giving an instruction to discharge the determined electrical power to the electrical-power consuming facility (201 to 20b).

    Abstract: An information equipment 300 located in a consumer's facility 300 includes a reception unit 310 and a transmission unit 320 that performs transmission and reception of a command conforming to a predetermined protocol with a HEMS 200 via a network connected to the HEMS 200, and receives an operational instruction from the HEMS 200 and a control unit 340 that controls an operation of the information equipment 300 according to the operational instruction. The transmission unit 320 transmits a breakdown notification message indicating that the network has had a breakdown to the HEMS 200 when the network is restored after the breakdown.

    Abstract: An EMS (200) is provided with a control unit (230) for instructing a fuel cell unit (150) to operate in one of operation modes including an idling mode for performing a control to cover power consumption of auxiliaries by power other than grid power, and a constant temperature mode for performing a control to cover the power consumption of the auxiliaries by power supplied from the outside and keep a temperature of a cell stack (51B) within a predetermined temperature range. When a power failure occurs while the fuel cell unit (150) is operating in the constant temperature mode, the control unit (230) controls the fuel cell unit (150) to operate in the idling mode.

    Abstract: A management system comprises a control device and a plurality of apparatuses. Each of the plurality of apparatuses comprises a transmitter configured to transmit an instance list of the apparatus by broadcasting or multicasting after a restart of the apparatus. The control device comprises: a management unit configured to manage the plurality of apparatuses as a plurality of management apparatuses before a stop state in which supply of power is stopped; and a transmitter configured to transmit a request command requesting transmission of the instance list to a non-reception apparatus for which the control device could not receive the instance list in a resumed state in which the supply of power is resumed.
