    摘要: An acoustic inspection apparatus includes a vibration sound source, a microphone group, and a processor. The vibration sound source emits a vibration sound to an inspection target object. The microphone group includes a first microphone arranged near the inspection target object and a second microphone arranged to have an interval with respect to the first microphone. The processor calculates a first impulse response between the first and second microphones, denoises a component corresponding to the vibration sound from the first impulse response, converts, into a frequency characteristic, a second impulse response obtained from the first impulse response, calculates acoustic energy between the first and second microphones based on the frequency characteristic, and determines an abnormal state of the inspection target object based on the acoustic energy.

    摘要: According to an embodiment, a speaker system includes filters, speakers, and a sound collection unit. Each of the filters filters a first signal to generate a second signal. The speakers are arranged so that transfer characteristics from the speakers to an evaluation point are different from each other. Each of the speakers converts the second signal generated by a corresponding one of the filters into a sound wave. The sound collection unit combines sound waves output from the speakers to generate a combined sound wave. The filters are formed so that a transfer characteristic from the first signal to an output signal matches a target transfer characteristic, the output signal indicating a sound pressure of the combined sound wave at the evaluation point.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a sensor module includes a sensor and a diagnosis circuit. The sensor includes piezoelectric transducers and switches. The piezoelectric transducers have different resonance frequencies. The switches are provided to correspond to the piezoelectric transducers, respectively. Each of the switches outputs an output signal corresponding to a voltage generated by an inverse piezoelectric effect of a corresponding piezoelectric transducer of the piezoelectric transducers. The diagnosis circuit diagnoses, based on a difference in pattern of the output signal, whether vibration has newly occurred in the sensor, and switch an output destination of the output signal of the sensor according to a result of the diagnosis.
