摘要: Provided is a stabilizer assembly that allows a coupling member to make smooth slide movement. To this end, a stabilizer assembly for a vehicle comprises; a first stabilizer, a second stabilizer, and a clutch mechanism. The clutch mechanism includes a clutch case; a first engagement portion; a second engagement portion; an engagement slider; an actuator; a first protrusion; a second protrusion; and a collar fitted on outer peripheral surfaces of the first and second protrusions across a mating point thereof while the first and the second protrusions are set their front ends butted against each other, the collar having an outer diameter size not exceeding a size of the groove-bottom diameter of the engagement grooves.

摘要: A transaxle according to the present application may include: a transaxle case; an input member supported within the transaxle case; a gear drivingly connected to the input member within the transaxle case; an output member which is supported within the transaxle case and arranged at the inner peripheral side of the gear concentrically with the gear; a cage with a roller as a bidirectional overrunning clutch interposed between the inner periphery of the gear and the outer periphery of the output member within the transaxle case; and a drag mechanism provided within the transaxle case to apply rotational resistance to the cage to make the bidirectional overrunning clutch be engaged. The cage has a first end and a second end, which oppose each other in an axial direction of the output member. The first end of the cage is close to a first bearing which pivotally supports the output member to the transaxle case. The drag mechanism has a rotation member which is locked to the cage at the first end of the cage so as to be relatively non-rotatable, and a spring member for applying the rotational resistance to the rotation member.

摘要: A differential gear includes a holder which is provided between first and second pinion gears in a differential case and through which a differential pinion shaft is inserted. An insertion hole is radially formed in the differential pinion shaft. The holder is formed with a fixing hole facing the insertion hole when the differential pinion shaft is inserted through the holder. Due to insertion of a fixing pin through the fixing hole and the insertion hole, the differential pinion shaft and the holder are relatively non-rotatable. Due to the holder being held between first and second side gears, relative rotation of the holder with respect to the differential case is restricted, and the differential pinion shaft is non-rotatable relative to the differential case.

The housing includes an inner side wall that is formed with an input opening at a position above a rotation axial line of a driving wheel, an outer side wall that is formed with an output opening at a coaxial position with the rotation axial line of the driving wheel, and an intermediate wall that connects peripheral edges of the inner side wall and the outer side wall. The inner side wall is provided, at a radially outward position of the input opening, with mount bolts for the suspension unit. The mount bolts each include a shaft portion protruding inwardly in a vehicle width direction.

摘要: A transaxle includes an input shaft, a brake, an output shaft, a mechanical transmission, a transaxle casing, and a spacing system. The brake is provided on the input shaft. The brake includes layered friction elements. The transmission transmits power from the input shaft to the output shaft. The transaxle casing includes a housing defining both a brake chamber and a transmission chamber. The brake chamber incorporates the brake. The transmission chamber incorporates the transmission. The spacing system is configured so as to provide the transaxle casing with a partition wall between the brake chamber and the transmission chamber, so as to hold a bearing in the partition wall to journal the input shaft, and so as to provide a spacer for the layered friction elements of the brake, the spacer defining a space in the axial direction of the input shaft in correspondence to a thickness of the layered friction elements in the axial direction of the input shaft.
