A reaction system for forming a viscoelastic polyurethane foam includes an isocyanate component and an isocyanate-reactive component that includes at least a polyol component, an additive component, and a preformed aqueous polymer dispersant. The mixture includes 50.0 wt % to 99.8 wt % of the polyol component, 0.1 wt % to 49.9 wt % of the additive component, and 0.1 wt % to 6.0 wt % of the preformed aqueous polymer dispersant. The aqueous polymer dispersant has a pH from 6.0 to 12.0 and includes from 5 wt % to 60 wt % of a polymeric component and from 40 wt % to 95 wt % of a fluid medium. The polymeric component includes at least one base polymer derived from 20 wt % to 100 wt % of at least one hydrophilic acid monomer having at least one carbonyl group, phosphate group, phosphonate group, or sulfonyl group, and optionally derived from at least one hydrophobic terminally unsaturated hydrocarbon monomer.

Apparatus to permit handicapped persons with arm and/or hand injury to manipulate a variety of objects. A extension supports a clamp on one end opposite a hand rest on the other. Straps are used to secure the forearm and hand in place on the apparatus. A bar, which extends outwardly from the rest, can have a variety of items attached to permit manipulating them with the apparatus. A supplemental structure can be attached to the apparatus on the side opposite to the clamp and rest with an open channel along the extension to better engage elongated items. Straps can also be used to secure the elongated items within the channel.

A cross piece, having first and second axes, can be coupled to the base plate. A prosthetic attachment can be coupled to the cross piece. The cross piece can enable a user to simultaneously flex the prosthetic attachment in two different axes. A first and second torsional spring can be coupled to the first and second axes, respectively, to enable the prosthetic attachment to be biased toward a center point.

A secondary handhole is placed in a small excavation in the ground to a depth where its cover is at ground level. It is a comparatively lightweight, portable, substantially strong and essentially unitary structure, which is shipped ready for installation at an excavation site. It provides a protective housing for secondary cable connections of underground electrical utlities and assures their prompt location by observing its ground surface level cover. The secondary handhole, in one embodiment made of fiberglass, has a three-sided rectangular body, with two sides being spaced by a reinforcing cross member extending across the bottom. There are vertical notches in the body at its open end, which extend from the top to a point just below the midline of the body to receive a removable gate extending between the two sides at an elevation higher than the location of the reinforcing cross member. The removable gate with protruding ends slides into these notches to provide a partial enclosure for this otherwise open end of the body.Other embodiments are made of concrete, generally in rectangular form, and of plastic in a cylindrical form. The latter has an optional lockable plastic cover, a lift out gate and a vertical lower opening to receive the underground cables. Other shapes such as hexagon, octagon, may be formed, and other materials may be used.
