    摘要: A method and a system for offshore production of liquefied natural gas, wherein natural gas is supplied from an underground source to a field installation for gas treatment. The gas is transferred in compressed form from the field installation to an LNG tanker. The transfer takes place via a pipeline surrounded by sea water. The compressed gas is supplied to a conversion plant which is provided on the LNG tanker and is arranged to convert at least a part of the gas to liquefied form, and the liquified gas is transferred to storage tanks on board the tanker. When the storage tanks on the LNG tanker are filled up, the pipeline is disconnected from the LNG tanker and connected to another, similar tanker. The pipeline is permanently connected to a submerged buoy which is arranged for introduction and releasable securement in a submerged downwardly open receiving space in the tanker, and which is provided with a swivel unit for transfer of gas under a high pressure.

    摘要: A method and a system for offshore production of liquefied natural gas, wherein natural gas is supplied from an underground source (4) to a subsea production plant (1). The gas is transferred under a high pressure directly from the production plant (1) to an LNG tanker (6), the transfer taking place through a pipeline (5) surrounded by sea water and causing the temperature of the high pressure gas to be lowered to a desired low temperature. This gas is supplied to a conversion plant (12) provided on the LNG tanker (16) and arranged for converting at least a part of the gas to liquid form, and the liquefied gas is transferred to storage tanks (17) on board the vessel (6). When the storage tanks (17) on the LNG tanker (6) are filled up, the pipeline is disconnected from the LNG tanker and connected to another similar tanker, the pipeline being permanently connected to a submerged buoy (8) which is arranged for introduction and releasable securement in a submerged downwardly open receiving space (11) in the tanker (6), and which is provided with a swivel unit for transfer of gas under a high pressure.

    摘要: A method and a vessel for offshore oil loading, wherein the vessel comprises a number of center tanks (3) arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vessel, and a number of wing tanks (5, 6) located in pairs on either side of respective center tanks, a loading line (19) being connected to the center tanks (3) via respective valves (20), and adjacent center tanks (3) being connected to each other via bulkhead valves (18). The method comprises the steps of a) firstly effecting filling of a desired number of the center tanks (3), these being substantially narrower and having a correspondingly smaller volume than the wing tanks (5, 6), b) thereafter opening bulkhead valves (17) between a center tank (3) and an appurtenant wing tank pair (5, 6), and sluicing out oil from the center tanks (3) into the two wing tanks (5, 6) by means of the static pressure from the center tanks, the bulkhead valves (18) between the center tanks (3) being open, so that the wing tank pair (5, 6) is filled as quickly as possible by suitable operation of the bulkhead valves (18) between the center tanks (3) and of the valves (20) of the loading line (19) to the center tanks (3), c) closing the bulkhead valves (17) of the two wing tanks (5, 6) when these and the appurtenant center tank (3) are filled to a desired level, and d) repeating the filling process according to the steps b) and c) successively for additional wing tank pairs (5, 6) after that all center tanks (3) have been filled again.

    摘要: There is provided a system comprising an assembly for storage or transport of compressed gas on a floating structure (1), wherein the assem+y (3) comprises a plurality of separate, parallel, laying pipes (4) which are closed at both ends and are supported discretely or continuously by a supporting structure (5). The pipes (4) are releaseably attached to the supporting structure (5) only at one end thereof, where the pipes are coupled to a manifold system (˜) for filling or emptying of the pipes, and the supporting structure (5) is arranged to allow unobstructed longitudinal guiding of the pipes (4) in the storage assembly (3), so that the pipes individually or in groups can be introduced to or removed from their operating position in the storage assem+y via openings at the ends of the assem+y located oppositely to said one end. There is also provided a method for installation of pipes on a floating structure having such a storage assem+y, wherein the individual pipes (4) are provided on a production plant and are guided therefrom into the storage assembly, the floating structure being ballasted to a desired draft so that the relevant pipes can be guided directly into the correct position in the storage assembly.
