Arranged on the base member (2) is a clamping member which is divided into a plurality of substantially L-shaped clamping elements (21), which each include a clamping head (24) arranged in the hole and an actuating lever (27) which extends outwards radially from the clamping head (24). Each clamping head (24) includes, on the outer side thereof, at least one cam (25), which projects outwards radially, engages in a gap between the shoulder (11) and the tabs (12) and is supported radially by the hole face (10) and axially by at least one tab (12). On their inner side, each clamping head has a clamping edge (26) which is arranged in such a way that, upon rotation of the clamping elements (21), during which the actuating levers (27) move away from the base member (2), the edge moves inwards in a radial direction and towards the shoulder (11) in an axial direction.

    摘要: Modem rotary machine production requires built-in fault detection and diagnoses. The occurrence of faults, e.g. increased friction or loose bonds has to be detected as early as possible. Theses faults generate a nonlinear behavior. Therefore, a method for fault detection and diagnosis of a rotary machine is presented. Based on a rotor system model for the faulty and un-faulty case, subspace-based identification methods are used to compute singular values that are used as features for fault detection. The method is tested on an industrial rotor balancing machine.

    摘要: An apparatus for determining the unbalance of a rotational body includes a central mounting plate with a mounting fixture on which the rotational body is received, an outer frame, and a plurality of supporting webs that connect the mounting plate to the frame. The webs are configured and arranged so that the mounting plate can pivotally vibrate about a pivot axis, and translationally vibrate in the plane of the mounting plate. A first vibration transducer measures the pivoting vibration and a second vibration transducer measures the translational vibration. The pivot axis remains in the central plane of the mounting plate which coincides with the effective plane of the translational vibration measuring transducer. In this manner, the translational vibration induced by a static unbalance, and the pivoting vibration induced by the moment unbalance are separated and then separately measured, which enables the accurate measurement of both the static unbalance component and the moment unbalance component of a dynamic unbalance. In a method using such an apparatus, all of the forces and moments originating from the rotational body are transmitted directly into and through the dynamometer element itself, without requiring any additional supporting elements.

    摘要: In a method of supporting the bearing of a bearing support structure during balancing of a rotor, the bearing and the rotor journal in the bearing are permitted to rotate about the vertical, and transverse axes of the rotor journal. A spring arrangement is positioned between the bearing and vibration transducers for transferring unbalance information from the rotor being investigated to the vibration transducers. The spring arrangement allows the bearing and rotor journal to move without hindrance about the vertical, and transverse axes, such movement being caused from misalignment of the rotor journals with the axis of rotation of the rotor. Coulomb's friction is thereby eliminated for the purpose of avoiding excessively high constraining forces, spring realignment forces and frication forces.

    摘要: A method is disclosed for the automatic detection and identification of errors in a balancing machine during operation, in which a rotor provided with an unbalance is rotatably mounted in a vibratory bearing in the balancing machine and is set in rotation by a drive, the rotational frequency of the rotating rotor and the vibrations stimulated by the rotor are measured and measurement signals which comprise the measured values of the rotational frequency and the vibrations are generated and delivered to an evaluation computer. The evaluation calculation is based on mathematical models of the dynamic properties of the balancing machine which describe stimulations of the machine structure due to the unbalance, in particular in the balancing planes, and/or due to the rotor geometry and/or due to the bearing and/or possible damage to the bearing. Features such as vibration characteristics and/or process parameters are calculated by a signal-model-based method from the measurement signals, and discrepancies are established by comparing the calculated features with predetermined normal features of an error-free process.
