摘要： Silane-modified oxidic or siliceous filler with a bead fraction below 75 μm of less than 15 wt. % and a median particle size distribution between of 150 to 500 μm, which is produced by the reaction of at least one microbeaded or microgranular, oxidic or siliceous filler in a compressed gas with at least one silane. The silane-modified oxidic or siliceous fillers are used in rubber compounds.

摘要： Mercaptosilanes are disclosed of the formula I wherein R1 is an alkyl polyether group —O—(R5—O)m—R6. They are prepared by a procedure in which a silane of the formula II is subjected to a catalyzed reaction with an alkyl polyether R1—H, R7—OH being split off, the molar ratio of the alkyl polyethers R1—H to the silane of the formula II is at least 0.5 and R7—OH is separated off from the reaction mixture continuously or discontinuously. They can be used in shaped articles.

摘要： Organosilicon compounds of the general formula I are produced by catalytically reacting silanes of the general formula II with alcohols of the general formula R′—OH, with the elimination of RIVOH, wherein the molar ratio of R—OH to RIVOH— groups is at least 1 and RIVOH is removed continuously or discontinuously from the reaction mixture. The organosilicon compounds may be used as coupling agents in filler-reinforced rubber mixtures.

The rubber mixtures according to the invention are prepared by mixing rubber, filler, optionally further rubber auxiliaries and at least one organosilane of the general formula I. The rubber mixtures can be used for the production of shaped articles.
