摘要： In a stick-type ignition coil device for engines, a primary spool is disposed outside a secondary coil. The primary spool is made of PBT (polybuthylene telephthalate) having a low melting viscosity and a high flowability as a resin base material. The resin base material is admixed with an olefin rubber in 5 wt. %, glass fibers in 12.5 wt. % and silica in 12.5 wt. %. A primary coil 24 comprises a wire body coated with PET (polyethylene telephthalate), silicone or wax as a separating member, and is wound around the primary spool. The growth of trees in the primary spool 23 restricted even when electrical discharges occur between a secondary coil and the primary coil and the primary spool is eroded by the electrical discharges, because silica is added in the primary spool.

The two longitudinal end corners and faces of the core are covered by respective buffer members. The inner circumferential corners of the outer core is supported by ring members. Some of the members disposed radially inside and other members disposed radially outside of the inside members are held slidably to each other in the ignition coil. The spools are made of resin containing a rubber in excess of 5 weight percent and reinforcing materials. The resin insulator contains a flexible material.

摘要： A phenol resin composition for forming pulleys used in motor vehicles is disclosed. The composition comprises 35 to 45 wt % of resol, 35 to 45 wt % of glass fiber, 5 to 15 wt % of one or more inorganic powders selected from the group consisting of calcium carbonate, clay, and wallastonite, and 1 to 3 wt % of polyvinyl butyral. The phenol resin pulley for motor vehicles is almost free from swelling or shell cracking on the surface at a high temperature of 250° C. or more and exhibits high mechanical strength and superior thermal shock resistance.
