摘要: A depression head for pump mechanism increasing sealability on the discharge port and enabling favorable shutting of the liquid leakage, said depression head comprising a mounting cylinder assembly 3 having an upright sliding cylinder communicating with the interior of the stem 2; a body 4 adapted to be depressible relative to the mounting cylinder assembly 3 and having an attachment cylinder 11 fitted on the sliding cylinder, a valve chamber disposed above the attachment cylinder and defining a discharge port 12 opened its leading end; a valve member 5 forwardly biased to close the discharge port 19 and defining a passage between the discharge port and a communication port 12 which is also communicating with the interior of a pump cylinder; and a lever member 6 for coupling to the valve member 5 to open the discharge port in response to the depression of the head; wherein a resistive force against the depression of the body with respect to the stem is smaller than a resistive force against the depression of the stem itself.

摘要: A synthetic resin tube container is formed to have a shortened neck portion and to eliminate an overlapping double wall in a structure for mounting a cap to the neck portion. The tube container comprises a container body and a cover plate. The container body has a trunk portion from which the neck portion is extending upwardly through an inward flanged wall. The upper surface of the neck portion is closed by a top wall with a discharge port. A fitting recessed groove is formed circumferentially on the inward flanged wall. The cover plate is connected via a hinge to an insert cylinder which is fitted into the fitting recessed groove.

摘要: An accumulator-type liquid sprayer includes a piston arranged in a cylinder, a piston guide extending through a passage extending therethrough in an axial direction of the piston, so as to be engageable with, and disengageable from the piston, cooperating with the piston and the cylinder to form a space region for sucking and pressurizing a liquid, a check valve for opening a suction port of the cylinder during suction of the liquid, and a hollow stem slidably fitted with an outer side of the piston in a liquid-tight manner and engaging with an end portion of the piston guide. A first resilient member urges the piston guide against the piston for maintaining a closed state of the passage in the piston, and a second resilient member urges the piston against the piston guide for adjusting a spraying pressure of the liquid. A stopper is arranged in the cylinder, for positioning the piston before the content is sprayed to provide increased contact surface pressure so as to maintain the closed state of the passage. The piston has an end portion which can be brought into contact with the stopper, and which is formed with an annular recess extending along an outer peripheral edge of the end portion.

摘要: A discharge cap for discharging a content liquid from a container body includes a cylinder assembly that can be tightly fitted to a mouth portion of the container body. The cylinder assembly includes a cap main body provided with a main discharge cylinder, a discharge cylinder body provided with an auxiliary discharge cylinder that is smaller in diameter than the main discharge cylinder, and a lid body for opening or closing the auxiliary discharge cylinder. Hinge-connections are provided between the cap main body and the discharge cylinder body, and between the discharge cylinder body and the lid body, for allowing a selective opening of the main discharge cylinder and the auxiliary discharge cylinder, thereby readily changing the discharge amount or discharge mode of the content liquid.

摘要: An improved pump is provided that is capable of achieving excellent back suction function by using a depression head, without compromising the ease of depression operations of the head due to the additional function. The pump includes a depression head and an annular piston. The depression head is urged upward and is relatively displaceable with respect to the stem. When depressed, a lever member of the depression head operates to open a discharge opening. An annular piston opens a discharge valve, in an uppermost displacement position and closes the discharge valve in a lowermost displacement position. Back suction is caused due to a negative pressure state occurring in the stem until the discharge valve seat is closed by the annular piston during upward displacement of the stem.

摘要: A syringe has a dripless feature by using an O-ring located between a conical disc and a flat plunger disc in an annular groove on a moving plunger. The flat plunger disc has a series of projections that offset the o-ring off the flat plunger disc surface when the plunger is not actuated. When the plunger is actuated, the o-ring distorts to rest on the projections and also on the surface of the flat plunger disc. When the plunger is released, the o-ring's resiliency pulls the o-ring back to its original shape which sucks back the fluid being dispensed so that no or less drips occur.
