    摘要: An ultrasonic sensor is located in the bottom of a lift cylinder of a forklift and emits ultrasonic waves toward a piston in the cylinder. A controller controls the ultrasonic sensor to consecutively emit ultrasonic waves that have different amplitudes at predetermined intervals. The ultrasonic waves are emitted in order of smallness of amplitude. The controller computes the distance between the ultrasonic sensor and the piston based on a period from when the ultrasonic sensor emits one of the ultrasonic waves to when the ultrasonic sensor receives the ultrasonic wave that is reflected by the piston. As a result, the range of the detectable distances is extended.

The anti-vibration member is formed into a cylindrical form, and an outer circumferential surface thereof is formed along an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder tube.     摘要: A vertical-type filling and packaging machine for filling and packaging a filling material in a tubular film of resin has a pair of squeezing rollers rotatably disposed one on each side of the tubular film filled with a filling material. The squeezing rollers press against the tubular film to clamp and feed the tubular film downwardly and create an unfilled region in the tubular film. A heat sealing mechanism which is disposed downwardly of the squeezing rollers for heat-sealing and severing the unfilled region has a heater bar for heat-sealing the unfilled region and a cooling bar for cooling the portion which has been heat-sealed by the heater bar. The heater bar and the cooling bar are successively pressable against a portion of the unfilled region while the tubular film is being held at rest. A cutting device, which may be an independent cutting blade or a triangular protrusion on the heater bar, severs the heat-sealed portion, thereby producing a sacked product. A plurality of film support members are disposed downwardly of the heat-sealing mechanism for gripping and holding a lower end of the unfilled region from the time the unfilled region is heat-sealed until the unfilled region is severed by the heat sealing mechanism.

    摘要: There is provided a packaging apparatus including a mechanism for joining a film from a film roll and a film from another film roll to each other. The packaging apparatus is capable of preventing a joint of the films from suffering a thermal sealing failure thereby increasing production efficiency. Package apparatus (10) includes film supply mechanism (10A) for joining and supplying films (1A, 1B) and packaging mechanism (10C) for producing package bags from the film. Film accumulator (10B) for guiding and holding the film in a meandering fashion is disposed between film supply mechanism (10A) and packaging mechanism (10C). Some of accumulating rollers (21) of film accumulator (10B) are movable to a predetermined position depending on the size of package bags to be manufactured. The length of the film from a position in which the films are joined to each other to a position in which the film is horizontally sealed is changed to prevent the joint between the films from being placed in the position in which the film is horizontally sealed.

    摘要: An ultrasonic sensor detects whether a piston is at the lowest position. The sensor is not affected by the environment or damaged by contact with other objects. The sensor is located in the bottom of a mast cylinder, transmits ultrasonic waves to the bottom of a piston and receives ultrasonic waves reflected by the piston. The sensor then outputs electric signals based on the received ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic sensor is electrically connected to a transmitter-receiver, which, in turn, is electrically connected to a controller. The transmitter-receiver includes an ultrasonic wave generator and sends ultrasonic wave transmitting signal having a predetermined frequency to the ultrasonic sensor based on control signals from the controller. The controller measures time from when it outputs the ultrasonic wave transmitting signal to when the sensor receives a reflected wave. The controller then compares the measured time with a threshold value thereby judging whether the piston is at the lowest position.
