Abstract: A method for controlling headphones. The headphones include a feedback microphone and a speaker. The method includes: obtaining an ear canal audio signal by collecting an audio signal in an ear canal by the feedback microphone; obtaining an audio signal feature parameter by conducting feature extraction on the ear canal audio signal; determining a tightness level of the headphones in a current wearing status; generating an audio feature to be identified according to the audio signal feature parameter and the tightness level; inputting the audio feature to be identified into a preset interactive operation identification model, and outputting an identification result, where the identification result includes an interactive operation identifier; determining a control instruction corresponding to the interactive operation identifier; and controlling a playback status of the speaker according to the control instruction.

Abstract: Ultrasonic transducers may be used to track the position of an object. For example, eyewear such as a pair of glasses or other head-mounted device may use ultrasonic transducers to track a user's eye position and gaze direction. To increase positioning accuracy over short-range distances, an array of ultrasonic transducers with different center frequencies may be formed on a common substrate. The closely spaced ultrasonic transducers with relatively small individual bandwidths may be used to simulate a single transducer with a larger bandwidth. Control circuitry may adjust the phases of the transducers in the array to steer the ultrasonic signal beam towards the user's eye and/or to receive an ultrasonic signal beam from the direction of the user's eye. The control circuitry may use time delay and/or phase delay measurement techniques to determine a distance and/or direction to the user's eye using the ultrasonic transducer arrays.

Abstract: An agricultural implement includes a basket assembly configured to roll relative to a surface of a field as the agricultural implement travels across the field. The basket assembly, in turn, includes a plurality of bars spaced circumferentially about an outer perimeter of the basket assembly. Furthermore, the agricultural implement includes an ultrasonic sensor configured to emit ultrasonic signals directed at the basket assembly and receive return signals based on reflections of the ultrasonic signals off of the basket assembly. Additionally, the agricultural implement includes a computing system communicatively coupled to the ultrasonic sensor. In this respect, the computing system is configured to determine when the basket assembly is plugged based on at least one of the return signals being received by the ultrasonic sensor or a lack of return signals being received by the ultrasonic sensor for an agricultural implement.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatuses are described that implement an ultrasonic sensor capable of detecting user presence. This ultrasonic sensor can detect user presence without relying on time-of-flight techniques. In particular, the ultrasonic sensor can determine that a user is present based on the occlusion of at least one receiving transducer (e.g., microphone occlusion), the occlusion of at least one transmitting transducer (e.g., speaker occlusion), or a detected change in an audible noise floor of at least one transducer. In this way, the ultrasonic sensor can continue to detect user presence in situations in which a user occludes one or more transducers of the ultrasonic sensor. The ultrasonic sensor can also control operation of another component within a computing device based on the presence of the user to improve the user experience and/or improve power management.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of underwater target detection, and in particular, to a method for detecting a moving target based on spatial slices of transformed spatio-temporal frequency space. The method includes: segmenting a target radiated acoustic signal received by an M-element horizontal line array in an underwater acoustic environment with a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR); performing N-point discrete Fourier transform (DFT) on the received signal on each array element in each period of time; performing frequency domain beamforming on an array signal after each section of DFT, and performing stacking after compensating a phase difference between arrays brought by an azimuth of each primitive element; performing coordinate transformation on a frequency-azimuth-time three-dimensional (3D) matrix space obtained; taking a slice from the obtained frequency-azimuth-time 3D space subjected to the coordinate transformation; and performing segmented Radon transform on the spatial slice obtained to detect the target.
