摘要: An aeration-less water treatment system includes an anaerobic treatment tank which subjects sewage supplied by a pump to anaerobic treatment by causing the sewage to upflow, and an aerobic treatment tank which subjects anaerobically treated water to aerobic treatment by letting the anaerobically treated water to downflow by natural downflow. The aerobic treatment tank includes an aerobic filter bed section in which carriers to which aerobic microorganisms are adhered are arranged. The aerobic filter bed section subjects the anaerobically treated water to decomposition treatment by putting the anaerobic treatment water in contact with the aerobic microorganisms adhered to surfaces of the carriers. The aerobic filter bed section is provided with an air port which takes in air into under normal pressure, thereby activating the aerobic microorganisms.

摘要: In a case of being judged that a compressed mode is applied in a mobile terminal, if it is judged that reception quality during data communication is favorable, gap intervals are not created by passing through a processing of gap interval creation. Further, if the data communication over the HS-DSCH is performed, the data communication over the HS-DSCH is continued. This prevents degradation of data transmission rate over a channel for high speed data transmission service, in the presence of a mobile terminal in a favorable reception quality area.

摘要: In a mobile station terminal apparatus during connection of a call, the received energies of pilot signals transmitted from neighbor base stations in a CDMA system are monitored. Upon disconnection of the call, a process of pilot signal detection is executed repeatedly and preferentially in order from an Active Set of pilot signals having great received energies, on the basis of the result of monitoring the received energies of the pilot signals during connection of the call, whereby the mobile communication terminal apparatus is enabled quickly and efficiently to receive signals from the base stations in the same CDMA system and can be quickly placed again in the waiting state ready to accept a mobile communication service.

摘要: With respect to each of received signals from a plurality of base stations, an average value is calculated by using detected reception energy and reception energy detected in the past to determine a received signal to be demodulated by comparing the average values. Thereby a further accurate reception energy can be obtained compared to with the case of simply detecting reception energy, even if the detected reception energy temporarily and greatly varies, thus further avoiding malfunction compared to the prior art.

摘要: A safety device for a pressure vessel comprises an easily-breakable member-having a small thickness and a fixing portion formed in the pressure vessel for fixing the easily-breakable member therein. The easily-breakable member has a top wall portion formed with a breakable portion, and a peripheral wall portion having an end. The fixing portion has a wall portion which extends toward the inside of the pressure vessel such that it defines an opening having a shape complementary to a periphery of the easily-breakable member to permit communication between the inside of the pressure vessel and the outside of the pressure vessel. The wall portion has an inner end. The easily-breakable member is fit into the opening of the fixing portion such that the end of the peripheral wall portion is directed toward the inside of the vessel, and the end of the peripheral wall portion of the easily-breakable member and the inner end of the wall portion of the fixing portion are welded to each other for sealing the opening.
