摘要: A document feeder reads a document at a reading section while conveying the document. The document feeder has a flexible member which is set in a convey path formed in a document feeding section such that the document is always conveyed along the convey path, and which flexes by a passing force of the document, to allow conveyance of the document. The flexible member is formed of a PET sheet, and is adhered to a reading guide member provided to the document feeding section, to close the convey path.

摘要: An image forming apparatus includes an image reading unit, document convey unit, display/operating portion, and hinge. The image reading unit has a slit glass plate for conveying and scanning a document, and a platen glass plate for fixing and scanning the document. The document convey unit is set above glass surfaces of the slit glass plate and platen glass plate. The display/operating portion is provided to one side of the glass surfaces. The hinge is provided to the other side of the glass plates and serves to attach the document convey unit to be openable and closeable with respect to the glass surfaces. The hinge has an angle stopper with which the document convey unit can be opened at one desired open angle selected from at least two different open angles with respect to the glass surfaces.

摘要: In a liquid crystal display apparatus having a liquid crystal display panel, an input analog display data is converted to a digital display data, a data portion is selected from the digital display data, and display status information is displayed on the display panel in the form of an overlay display data over the digital display data, so that display adjustment on the display panel is possible. The display adjustment may be automatically performed by use of a minimum value data and a maximum value data, found among the digital display data, for an automatic offset level adjustment and for an automatic gain level adjustment, respectively.

摘要: A liquid crystal display device of the present invention capable of enlarging and displaying to a high picture quality even when display data having a lower resolution than a liquid crystal panel is inputted is provided with storage element groups every drain line within latches of a liquid crystal driver. A portion of the storage element groups simultaneously captures display data. In doing so, the same liquid crystal apply voltage is outputted from drain lines corresponding to these storage element groups. Storage element groups corresponding to neighboring drain lines then simultaneously capture display data so as to enlarge an image in the horizontal direction. The rate of enlargement can be regulated by changing the number of storage element groups simultaneously capturing display data. A scanning driver then simultaneously selects a plurality of rows with a select voltage being applied to the simultaneously selected rows of pixel elements in the same period so as to enlarge the image in the vertical direction. Enlarged displaying is therefore possible by the liquid crystal driver regulating an output period of the liquid crystal apply voltage even when rows are selected one at a time.

摘要: A sheet finisher includes a conveyance member which conveys a sheet to an ejection direction, a sheet ejection section having paired rollers for ejecting the conveyed sheet by nipping the sheet by the paired rollers, and a control section for controlling the conveyance member and the sheet ejection section to separate the paired rollers from each other when conveying the sheet. After a front end portion of the sheet in the ejection direction passes a nipping position of the paired rollers, the control section makes the paired rollers press-contact with each other, nip and reconvey the sheet, and eject the sheet out of the finisher. The control section further controls the conveyance member and the sheet ejection section to temporarily release the press-contact of the paired rollers during reconveyance of the sheet to remove a sag from the sheet to then make the paired rollers press-contact with each other again, and to eject the sheet out of the finisher by nipping the sheet.
