    摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor in which the withstand voltage can be enhanced and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. A mixed powder is prepared by mixing a first powder containing at least one selected from the group consisting of a valve metal, an alloy of a valve metal, a metal oxide of a valve metal, and a metal nitride of a valve metal and a second powder containing a metal oxide different from the first powder. An anode is made by sintering the mixed powder. A dielectric layer is formed on a surface of the anode, and a cathode is formed on the dielectric layer.

    摘要: In a solid electrolytic capacitor provided with an anode, a cathode, and a dielectric layer formed by anodization of the anode, the anode includes a first metal layer and a second metal layer. The first metal layer is made of any of metal selected from niobium, aluminum and tantalum, or an alloy containing any of metal selected from niobium, aluminum and tantalum as a main component. The second metal layer contains any of metal selected from titanium, zirconium and hafnium. Here, a part of a surface of the first metal layer is covered with the second metal layer.

    摘要: The invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor which can suppress increase of a leakage current due to a heat load, and a method for producing the solid electrolytic capacitor. The solid electrolytic capacitor includes an anode body, a dielectric layer formed on a surface of the anode body, a conductive polymer layer formed on the dielectric layer, and a cathode layer formed on the conductive polymer layer. The dielectric layer contains at least one metal element which is selected from the group consisting of tungsten (W), molybdenum (Mo), vanadium (V) and chromium (Cr) and which has a concentration distribution in a direction of the thickness of the dielectric layer (i.e. in a direction from the cathode side to the anode side of the dielectric layer) so that the concentration of the metal element is maximized at an interface between the dielectric layer and the conductive polymer layer.
