    摘要: A resin composition suitable for forming a film excellent in transparency, weatherability, hardness, shock resistance, bending-fracturing resistance, and moldability; and a film excellent in weatherability even when laminated on a molded body comprising a PVC resin composition containing a plasticizer is provided. The film having the above characteristics can be obtained by making a methacrylic resin composition into a film, the methacrylic resin composition comprising a methacrylic resin composition (C) obtained by polymerizing a methacrylate polymer (A) obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture mainly composed of alkyl methacrylate in the presence of acrylic crosslinked elastic particles (B) obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture mainly composed of alkyl acrylate and a polyfunctional monomer with two or more non-conjugated double bonds per a molecule; and being copolymerized with 0.01 to 50 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorber represented by the general formula (1).

The resin composition comprises an acrylic graft copolymer (A) including a rubbery acrylic ester polymer (A-a) and a methacrylic polymer (B) comprising 80 wt. % or more methyl methacrylate units, the acrylic resin composition having a specific value of reduced viscosity (0.2-0.8 dl/g), specific values of content (5-45 wt. %) and average particle diameter (50-200 nm) of the rubbery polymer (A-a), a specific relationship between the particle diameter and the crosslinking agent amount (0.02d≦w≦0.05d; d, average particle diameter (nm); w, amount of crosslinking agent (wt. %)), and a specific value of the degree of grafting (50-250%). The resin composition contains an ultraviolet absorber incorporated therein through copolymerization.

    摘要: A rubber latex with its particles grown through cohesion by adding 100 weight parts of (B) a rubber latex (solid), 0.1-15 weight parts (solid) of (A) an acid group-containing latex having an average particle size of 50-500 nm prepared by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising (a), (b), (c) and (d) [wherein (a)+(b)+(c)+(d)=100 weight %]: (a) 5-25 weight % of at least one of unsaturated acids selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, itaconic acid and crotonic acid, (b) 20-95 weight % of at least one of alkyl methacrylates with its alkyl group 1-12 in carbon number, (c) 0-30 weight % of at least one of alkyl acrylates with its alkyl group 1-12 in carbon number, (d) 0-40 weight % of at least one selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyls, compounds having at least two polymerizable functional groups in a molecule and vinyl cyanides, copolymerizable with the aforementioned (a), (b) and (c) is provided. The rubber latex and a graft copolymer containing it and thermoplastic resins incorporating said graft copolymer are excellent in impact strength, heat resistance and workability.

    摘要: Provided is a solar battery back sheet that is low in production costs, excellent in adhesive properties between individual constituting members thereof, and excellent in weather resistance and water-vapor-barrier performance. The back sheet has a laminated structure including at least three layers. A first layer is a weather-resistant polyester resin film or a fluororesin film; a second layer is a polyolefin layer made of a modified polyolefin resin yielded by grafting 1 to 30 parts by weight of an epoxy-group-containing vinyl monomer and 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl monomer to 100 parts by weight of polyethylene, polypropylene or an ethylene/propylene copolymer, and which has a thickness of 5 to 250 μm; and a third layer is a polyester layer, a polyolefin layer, or an aluminum foil piece. The second layer and third layer have a total thickness of 30 μm or more.

    摘要: There is provided a thermoplastic resin composition and interior or exterior parts for vehicle using thereof, which is excellent in flexibility, surface appearance, heat deformation property at heating and has low tackiness at a high temperature.
