Two coils are provided, and a rotor is rotated by the coils by setting different phases for the supplied currents to the two coils. During a phase where one of the coils is in a high-impedance state, an induced voltage generated in the coil is detected. According to the state of the induced voltage, an output control circuit controls the amounts of the motor drive currents supplied to the two coils.

    摘要: When a driver unit is in a high impedance state as viewed from a first coil or a second coil, an induced voltage detector detects the voltage across the first coil or that across the second coil so as to detect an induced voltage occurring in the first coil or the second coil. The induced voltage detector includes a differential amplifier circuit for differentially amplifying an electric potential across the first coil or that across the second coil, and an analog-to-digital converter circuit for converting an analog value outputted from the differential amplifier circuit into a digital value and outputting the converted digital value to a control unit. The control unit generates a drive signal based on an input signal set externally and adjusts the drive signal in accordance with the induced voltage detected by the induced voltage detector so as to set the adjusted drive signal in the driver unit.

    摘要: When a driver unit is in a high impedance state as viewed from a first coil or a second coil, an induced voltage detector detects the voltage across the first coil or that across the second coil so as to detect an induced voltage occurring in the first coil or the second coil. The induced voltage detector includes a differential amplifier circuit for differentially amplifying an electric potential across the first coil or that across the second coil, and an analog-to-digital converter circuit for converting an analog value outputted from the differential amplifier circuit into a digital value and outputting the converted digital value to a control unit. The control unit generates a drive signal based on an input signal set externally and adjusts the drive signal in accordance with the induced voltage detected by the induced voltage detector so as to set the adjusted drive signal in the driver unit.

    摘要: A stepping motor includes two coils and has supply currents to the two coils with different phases so that a rotor is rotated by the two coils. During a period where one coil is in a high impedance state, an induced voltage generated at that coil is detected.     摘要: For manufacturing an insulated-gate field-effect transistor in a semiconductor device, a refractory metal film is formed on a semiconductor substrate with an insulating film being interposed therebetween. An insulated gate electrode is formed by patterning the refractory metal film and insulating film. After formation of source/drain regions in a surface of the substrate, using the insulated gate electrode as a mask, a poly-silicon film is formed to cover the surface portion of the substrate and the patterned refractory metal film of the gate electrode. The resulting structure is heated to convert at least that portion of the poly-silicon film which lies on the patterned refractory metal film to a silicide film portion. The thus formed silicide film portion is removed so that portions of the doped poly-silicon film are left on the source/drain regions in the surface of semiconductor substrate. These portions of the doped poly-silicon film serve as source/drain electrodes.

    摘要: An oral composition for caries prophylaxis which comprises a highly soluble stannous compound such as stannous fluoride preferably in an amount of 0.03 to 5% by weight of the composition as stannous tin, a difficultly soluble stannous compound such as stannous pyrophosphate preferably in an amount of 0.05 to 10% by weight of the composition as stannous tin, a phytic acid compound such as sodium phytate preferably in an amount of 0.1 to 20% by weight of the composition, and the pH of the composition being preferably acidic. A portion of the difficultly soluble stannous compound may be in a precipitate form. The oral composition which may be used as dentifrices, prophylactic pastes, dental flosses and the like permits n.sup.2+ ions to exert its effect because the storage stability is high enough to maintain the increased concentration of active dissolved stannous ions in the composition for a prolonged period of time and can render the tooth enamel more resistant to acid attack when applied to teeth.
