摘要： A circuit breaker is comprised of a make-and-break mechanism part disposed between frame plates opposite to each other; a base in which a breaking portion including cross bar, moving contact, fixed contact and arc-extinguishing device, and an over-current trip device are contained; a middle base, in which a partition wall separating the breaking portion from the make-and-break mechanism part, and the breaking portion from the over-current trip device, is provided; and a cover for covering the base and middle base. A frame of the make-and-break mechanism part is secured to the base through the middle base, and the secured part of the frame and the inner bottom face of the base are disposed in the proximity.

摘要： In a dye image forming process in color photography comprising imagewise exposing a photographic element comprising a support and a light sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, and processing the exposed photographic element with an alkaline processing solution in the presence of a dye developer whereby a dye image corresponding to the imagewise exposure is formed by oxidation of said developer as a function of development of silver halide, the improvement which comprises the dye developer being a mono azo dye developer represented by the following formula:X--N.dbd.N--Y--NH--Zwherein X represents a monovalent group selected from an aromatic group, a non-aromatic-heterocyclic active-methylene-containing group, a non-aromatic-heterocyclic active-methyne-containing group, an aliphatic active-methylene-containing group, and an aliphatic active-methyne-containing group; and Y and Z respectively represent divalent and monovalent groups of an aromatic group, at least one of the X, Y and Z has therein at least one of the developer groups which are either capable of developing silver halide or changeable to a group capable of developing silver halide, the azo radical (--N=N--) and the secondary amino radical (--NH--) are respectively attached to the adjacent carbon atoms in Y, the azo radical being attached to an aromatic ring of the aromatic group of X or to the active methylene or methyne of X and is attached to an aromatic ring of the aromatic group of Y, and the amino radical is attached to aromatic rings of Y and Z.

摘要： In a shoe press apparatus of a papermaking machine, a press part comprises a roll which serves as a pressing member and a shoe. A belt is sandwiched between the roll and the shoe. A lubricant feeder supplies a lubricant from the outside of the shoe at the upstream side of the shoe. A lubricant holding section, comprising a plurality of grooves is provided on the upstream end of the shoe. Lubricant supplied from the lubricant feeder is held in the lubricant holding section of the shoe, and is more reliably supplied to the press part as the belt runs through the press part. The Structure of the lubricant holding section is comparatively simple, and the lubricant holding section decreases friction, thereby saving energy.

Water, squeezed from the wet web under compression in a shoe press, and transferred to the surface of the wet web side layer of the belt through a felt, may be shaken off reliably before the belt is again subjected to compression.
