摘要： A creating apparatus includes a capturing unit, extracting units, and a creating unit. The capturing unit captures a plurality of video signals of images imaged at positions that are different by parallax. The extracting unit extracts a display time-period from at least one of the video signals from among the video signals. The creating unit creates, for a display time-period, a stereoscopic video signal by using the video signals of the images imaged at the positions that are different by parallax. Furthermore, the creating unit creates, for a time other than the display time-period, a stereoscopic video signal having a certain depth by using one of the video signals from among the video signals of the images imaged at the positions that are different by parallax.
