    摘要: A fuel injection valve comprises: a solenoid unit including a core, an armature and a coil; and a valve unit including a valve element connected to the armature to travel therewith, and a valve seat that regulates a movement in valve closing direction of the valve element, and is open and closed by the valve element separating from or coming in contact with the valve seat, and a stopper for regulating a movement in valve opening direction of the valve element, said valve unit being connected to the solenoid unit. There is provided a cavity that communicates with a gap formed between the core and the armature in opposition, and the cavity forms a resonator for suppressing bounce of the valve element. In spite of the simple structure, it is possible to effectively suppress bounce of the valve element that takes place at the time of valve opening/closing.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve device is capable of thinning a nozzle hole plate and improving fuel spray characteristics by a construction for reducing stress concentration that occurs at the weld part of the nozzle hole plate. The fuel injection valve device includes: a nozzle having a fuel passage inside and in which a valve seat is formed at an end; a needle valve for opening and closing the fuel passage by coming in contact with and separating from the valve seat; and an nozzle hole plate that is disposed at the tip of the nozzle and injects a fuel in the fuel passage at the time of opening the needle valve. The nozzle hole plate and the nozzle are fixed by welding in a state of forming an even gap between them.

    摘要: When a fuel injection valve is mounted on an engine, a distance between a core and an armature during non-energization of a coil can be prevented from becoming narrow. The coil is arranged inside the core, and a body is fixedly secured at its one end to an end of the core. A housing is arranged outside the coil with its one end abutting a cylinder head. A cap is arranged at the other end of the housing, and abuts at its side opposite to the housing with a fastening unit. The armature is arranged for reciprocation inside the body, and is magnetically attracted to the magnetized core. A gap is formed between the housing and the body, with the cap and the core being fixed to each other, and upon mounting the valve on the engine, the housing and the fastening unit abut the cylinder head and the cap, respectively.

An annular passage communicating in a circumferential direction is defined between the inner peripheral surface of the valve main body and the outer peripheral surface of the guide portion and a fuel passage through which to introduce a fuel from the annular passage to the seat portion is defined. An almost cylindrical filter to trap foreign matter heading toward the fuel passage is provided to the annular passage.

On the resultant signals, 2×2 channel processing unit performs 2×2 pseudo channel processing, thereby forming equivalent M×N channels. Parameter setting unit sets information necessary to acquire desired M×N channel characteristics as the synthesis characteristics of linear transform unit and N×N channel processing unit.
