    摘要: Gas flow rate measuring apparatus comprising resistive element disposed in a gas flow path, a gas flow rate detection circuit, and a gas temperature detection element or a substrate temperature detection element. The detection circuit detects a current flowing through the resistive element, or a voltage generated in response to the current to output a gas flow rate detection signal in accordance with a flow rate of gas flowing. The apparatus corrects characteristics of the gas flow rate detection signal on the basis of a temperature detection signal obtained from these elements and includes signal conversion means for correcting a characteristic bend displaced by more than a certain fixed amount from target characteristics.

    摘要: Provided is a highly accurate, highly reliable gas flow rate measurement device that provides an enlarged temperature range over which the resolution at a high temperature and at a low temperature can be increased to achieve high accuracy no matter whether the characteristics of a gas temperature detection element are nonlinear. The gas flow rate measurement device includes a plurality of resistors that are disposed in a gas flow path, a gas flow rate detection circuit that outputs a gas flow rate detection signal in accordance with the flow rate of a gas flowing in the gas flow path by detecting a current flowing in the resistors or by detecting a voltage generated in accordance with the current, and a gas temperature detection element 1 that detects the temperature of the gas in the gas flow path. The gas flow rate detection circuit includes signal conversion means for converting a signal output from the gas temperature detection element to a signal that has a predetermined maximum output and a predetermined minimum output and is linear within a predetermined temperature range.

The major axis makes an angle of 30° to 150° with the surface of the sliding portion when observed in a sectional view perpendicular to the surface of the sliding portion.

    摘要: An information recording/reproducing apparatus includes an optical device, a photo-detector and a calculation unit. The optical device irradiates light beams, including one main beam and at least two sub-beams with respect to an information recording medium. The photo-detector receives return lights of the main beam and sub-beams to output light detection signals. The calculation unit produces a tracking error signal and a position information signal based on the light detection signals. The optical device irradiates the at least two sub-beams onto positions shifted to opposite sides of a center of the guide track, respectively, when the main beam is being irradiated onto a center of the information recording track. Thus, the apparatus produces the tracking error signal and the position information signal by utilizing a common optical system and a common signal processing system and thereby executes tracking servo control and random access processing with high accuracy.
