    摘要: If the height of a train car is reduced by the regrinding of the tread of each wheel and then reincreased to the original level by simply increasing the height of air springs, the compression stroke of the air springs changes. An arrangement is proposed to maintain a constant compression stroke after height adjustment. A stopper has movement restricting portions arranged circumferentially at predetermined intervals for restricting the downward movement of the outer cylinder. The stopper is rotatably mounted on the inner member. The outer cylinder has surfaces to be supported, and second surfaces to be supported provided circumferentially alternating with the first surfaces at a level lower than the first surfaces such that when the stopper is turned, the restricting protrusions move from the position where they support the first surfaces to the position where they support the second surfaces. The stopper has a lever so that it can be turned by operating the lever from outside.

Each of the bearing accommodating portions includes: a case portion configured to accommodate the bearing; and supporting portions configured to support the plate springs. The plate springs are supported by the supporting portions on a center side of the axle in the front-rear direction.

    摘要: In a truck for railroad car capable of absorbing and reducing deformation due to torsional force acting on an end beam, end portions of right and left side frames 2a and 2b of a truck frame 2 are connected by an end beam 3. An antenna support member 4 is supported by the end beam 3. The end beam 3 includes antenna brackets 3a and 3b, as right and left support brackets, connected and fixed to outer end portions of the right and left side frames 2a and 2b by fastening tools 5, and a center bar 3c connected to inner end portions of the right and left antenna brackets 3a and 3b through rubber bushes 6 and 7 and having an antenna support member 4. The rubber bushes 6 and 7 are positioned at both sides of the antenna support member 4 of the end beam 3, include elastic rubber members 6a and 7a, and absorb the torsional force acting on the end beam 3 by elastic deformation of the elastic rubber members 6a and 7a.

    摘要: A railcar primary suspension is configured to couple an axle box to a truck frame by a coupling mechanism. The coupling mechanism includes: a radius arm including a tubular part which has openings at both sides thereof; a shaft inserted into the tubular part and provided with projecting portions formed at both side surfaces of the shaft; a pair of receiving seats including fitting grooves in which the respective projecting portions are fitted; cover members configured to support the respective projecting portions; and fastening members configured to fix the cover members to the respective receiving seats. A portion of each fitting groove and a portion of the corresponding projecting portion, the portions contacting each other, respectively have arc surfaces, and a portion of each projecting portion and a portion of the corresponding cover member, the portions contacting each other, respectively have flat surfaces.
