摘要: A rotary electric machine capable of effectively utilizing both end faces of a rotor in the rotating axis direction by suppressing magnetic saturation comprises a stator having axial parts (31) and (32) and a radial part. The axial part (31) comprises cores (311) to (314) and coils (321) to (324), and the axial part (32) comprises cores (312) to (315) and coils (322) to (325). The radial part comprises cores (332) to (337) and coils (352) to (357). The width of each of the cores (311) to (315) in the circumferential direction is twice the width of each of the cores (332) to (337) in the circumferential direction. The number of windings of each of the coils (321) to (325) is equal to the number of windings of each of the coils (352) to (357).

摘要: An electric motor has a field pole formed by a field current passing through a field winding. A voltage booting converter converts output voltage of a battery and outputs the voltage between a power source line and a grounding line. Field winding is electrically connected onto an electric current channel between battery and power source line and formed so that voltage switched by a switching element is applied to both ends. A controller controls the field current so as to adjust density of magnetic flux between a rotor and a stator by performing switching control on switching element and a switching element connected in parallel to field winding and converts the output voltage of battery into voltage in accordance with a voltage command value.

摘要: An electric motor (10) has a field pole formed by a field current passing through a field winding (50). A voltage booting converter (120) converts output voltage of a battery (B) and outputs the voltage between a power source line (107) and a grounding line (105). Field winding (50) is electrically connected onto an electric current channel between battery (B) and power source line (107) and formed so that voltage switched by a switching element (Q1) is applied to both ends. A controller (100) controls the field current so as to adjust density of magnetic flux between a rotor and a stator by performing switching control on switching element (Q1) and a switching element (Q3) connected in parallel to field winding (50) and converts the output voltage of battery (B) into voltage in accordance with a voltage command value.

摘要: A trans axle includes motor generators with central rotation axes of respective rotors arranged coaxially, a power split device arranged coaxially with the central rotation axis of a crank shaft and between motor generators, and a power control unit controlling the motor generators. The power control unit is arranged such that a reactor is positioned at least on one side and a smoothing capacitor is positioned on the other side of the central rotation axis of motor generator. The motor generators, the power split device and the power control unit are housed and integrated in a metal case, and fixed on a body of a vehicle (1000) by means of an engine mount.

摘要: A die includes a cavity in which a powder magnetic core material is introduced and a recessed curved surface curved inward of the die formed at the bottom surface of the cavity. The powder magnetic core material in the cavity is pressed by a pressing surface of a punch to the side and bottom surfaces of the cavity to form a split tooth body. As a result, a projected curved surface having a shape following the recessed curved surface is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the split tooth body. Then, two split tooth bodies are butted and joined together at the surfaces to which a pressing force by the punch is applied, and thereby a tooth is assembled.
