摘要: An electrophotographic image forming apparatus is capable of restriction or elimination of the occurrence of a density fluctuation, such as a lateral stripe, and thereby can enhance the image quality. The electrophotographic image forming apparatus includes a photosensitive body, exposure device for forming an electrostatic latent image on the photosensitive body, at least two developers for developing the electrostatic image in mutually distinct colors for respectively forming toner images of mutually distinct colors, a transfer device for transferring the toner images of mutually distinct colors on a printing medium in an overlapping manner, and a fixing device for fixing the toner images transferred onto the printing medium. When one of the developers is maintained inoperative, that developer is forcedly operated for a reset operation thereof.

摘要: The disclosure is concerned with an electrophotographic apparatus comprising a toner image supporting member on which a toner image developed on an electrostatic latent image is formed, transferring means for transferring the toner image on said toner image supporting member to a recording medium, conveying means for bringing the recording medium into contact with the image supporting member, a fixing roller and a compression roller in contact with each other to fix the toner image on the recording medium, heating means disposed inside at least one of the fixing roller and the compression roller, wherein there are provided temperature detection means for detecting the surface temperature of the fixing roller and state detection means for detecting the state of the fixing apparatus before starting of the fixing apparatus.

摘要: A method comprising; a step in which unburned carbon contained in coal ash is mechanically separated with a classifier; a step in which the coal ash from which part of the unburned carbon has been removed with the classifier is pulverized or disaggregated with a pulverizer; a step in which water is added to the coal ash pulverized or disaggregated with the pulverizer to obtain a slurry; a step in which a scavenger is added to the slurried coal ash; a step in which a shear force is applied to the slurry containing the scavenger to cause the scavenger to selectively adhere to the unburned carbon contained in the coal ash; a step in which a foaming agent is added to the slurry in which the scavenger has adhered to the unburned carbon; and a step in which the unburned carbon is floated on the slurry containing the foaming agent together with bubbles and is separated.

摘要: To reduce cost of chemical by reducing quantity of foaming agent used when removing unburned carbon in fly ash with wet floatation and to prevent decrease in activity index of the fly ash. In wet decarburization of fly ash, the solution comprising the steps of: adding water to fly ash to generate slurry; adding hydrophobizing agent and foaming agent to the slurry and agitating them to generate bubbles; and adhering unburned carbon in the fly ash to the bubbles to float them to remove the unburned carbon in the fly ash, when sedimentation component at wet floatation separation is solid-liquid separated and liquid phase obtained by solid-liquid separation is reused for another floatation separation for new fly ash, the quantity of foaming agent added to the slurry is adjusted such that concentration of the foaming agent in liquid phase is in a predetermined range. When adjusting the concentration of the foaming agent in the liquid phase, it is possible to measure COD concentration in the liquid phase and adjust the quantity of the foaming agent added to the slurry in such a manner that the COD concentration is in a predetermined range.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for removal of an unburned carbon contained in a fly ash material. The method comprises the steps of adding water to the fly ash to prepare a fly ash slurry; shearing the fly ash slurry using an agitating blade that can rotate at a high speed to generate an active energy on the surface of an unburned carbon by the shearing force, thereby imparting lipophilicity to the unburned carbon; and adding a collecting agent and a foaming agent to the slurry containing the lipophylized unburned carbon to cause the attachment of the collecting agent to the lipophylized unburned carbon, and at the same time, causing the attachment of the unburned carbon having the collecting agent attached thereto an air bubble to separate the unburned carbon by flotation.

摘要: A sheet separation device configured to separate a two-ply sheet, in which two sheets are bonded together at a portion, includes a rotator, a nipping member disposed opposite the rotator and configured to nip the two-ply sheet with the rotator, a conveyor configured to convey the two-ply sheet between the rotator and the nipping member, and a winding member disposed adjacent to the rotator. The conveyor conveys the two-ply sheet with a bonded portion of the two-ply sheet being an upstream end or a downstream end of the two-ply sheet in a conveyance direction of the two-ply sheet. The winding member winds the two-ply sheet around the rotator, to create a difference in winding circumferential length between the two sheets and separate the two sheets. The sheet separation device further includes control circuitry configured to adjust a winding amount of the two-ply sheet around the rotator.

A gas mixture separation apparatus includes a gas hydrate formation part for hydrating one type of gas contained in a gas mixture containing a plurality of gas components to form a gas hydrate slurry, a dehydration part for dehydrating the gas hydrate slurry, and a gas hydrate decomposition part for decomposing and regasifying the gas hydrate obtained by the dehydration, and is characterized in that the water removed from the gas hydrate slurry in the dehydration part and the water generated when the gas hydrate is decomposed in the gas hydrate decomposition part are mixed together and the mixed water is introduced into the gas hydrate formation part as circulating water.
