Abstract:
A pressure switch includes an external force transmission mechanism for separating a cover from a housing. The cover and the external force transmission mechanism defines a first pressure chamber, and the housing and the external force transmission mechanism defines a second pressure chamber. In the second pressure chamber, a movable piece having first and second movable members arranged opposite to each other and one or more fixed contacts are disposed. The first and second movable members are connected to each other via a flat spring. A contact is disposed on the second movable member and functions as a movable contact. The external force transmission mechanism applies an external force to the first movable member to displace the first movable member, and the second movable member is reversed at the operating point of the first movable member, so that the movable contact is brought into contact with the fixed contact.

Abstract:
An integrated command definition file defines both names of integrated commands and basic commands integrated. A basic command syntax file stores the basic commands and these parameter information. An integrated command registration utility has functions to convert the integrated command definition to an integrated command syntax file. And an interactive command management module recognizes both of basic commands memorized in the basic command syntax file and integrated commands memorized in the integrated command syntax file.
Abstract:
An endoscopic forceps is provided. A movable blade electrode and a fixed blade electrode form a pair of electrodes. The fixed blade electrode is electrically contacted onto an external electric conductor of a coaxial cable in the sheath conduit. A force application point of the movable blade electrode is connected to a center electric conductor of the coaxial cable. A pivot point of the movable blade electrode is provided on the movable blade electrode. The coaxial cable is slid with respect to the sheath conduit so that parallel moving added to the coaxial cable is transmitted to the movable blade electrode as turnable moving about the pivot point via the force application point of the movable blade electrode. A high frequency wave can be applied between the movable blade electrode and the fixed blade electrode via the external electric conductor and the center electric conductor of the coaxial cable.
Abstract:
Unburned carbon is efficiently removed from fly ash, and effective utilization of the fly ash and removed unburned carbon is attained. Water is added to fly ash to thereby obtain a slurry. A collector is added to the slurry, and shearing force is applied to the slurry and collector to thereby attain a surface modification. The mixture is subjected to flotation operation at which unburned carbon of fly ash is attached to froths and surfaced. The application of shearing force to the slurry and collector can be carried out by means of a submerged agitator whereby an agitation power of 0.7 to 10 kWh/m3 is applied per unit quantity of slurry. The fly ash concentration of the slurry is in the range of 3 to 50 wt. %, and the amount of collector added is in the range of 5 to 100 wt. % based on the amount of unburned carbon of fly ash. The unburned carbon separated by flotation can be used as fuel, and the fly ash (product) having its unburned carbon content reduced to 1 wt. % or below can be used as a cement mixing material or a raw material for production of lightweight aggregate.
Abstract:
A method comprising; a step in which unburned carbon contained in coal ash is mechanically separated with a classifier; a step in which the coal ash from which part of the unburned carbon has been removed with the classifier is pulverized or disaggregated with a pulverizer; a step in which water is added to the coal ash pulverized or disaggregated with the pulverizer to obtain a slurry; a step in which a scavenger is added to the slurried coal ash; a step in which a shear force is applied to the slurry containing the scavenger to cause the scavenger to selectively adhere to the unburned carbon contained in the coal ash; a step in which a foaming agent is added to the slurry in which the scavenger has adhered to the unburned carbon; and a step in which the unburned carbon is floated on the slurry containing the foaming agent together with bubbles and is separated.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a container-transporting device which fundamentally avoids the problems caused by elongations and the structure of endless chains, which is inevitably created by using endless chains in the container-transporting conveyors for conventional filling-and-packaging machines. It is a container-transporting device for holding and transporting a square-cylindrical container 36 by a container holder 34 formed between container-transporting means 32 and 33 disposed to face parallel with each other, wherein the container conveying means 32 and 33 are equipped with: a number of blocks 40 having a holding part 38 constituting a part of a container holder 34; outward block-support members 42 and homeward block-support members 44, arranged by extending in the conveying direction, for supporting a number of blocks 40 in a movable condition along the conveying direction; a first transfer means 46 capable of sequentially transferring the blocks 40 that have been conveyed while being supported by the outward block-support members 42 to the homeward block-support members 44; a second transfer means 48 capable of sequentially transferring the blocks 40 that have been conveyed while being supported by the homeward block-support members 44 to the outward block-support members 42; and a block delivering means 50 capable of delivering and conveying the blocks 40 so that each block 40 can be circulated.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for removal of an unburned carbon contained in a fly ash material. The method comprises the steps of adding water to the fly ash to prepare a fly ash slurry; shearing the fly ash slurry using an agitating blade that can rotate at a high speed to generate an active energy on the surface of an unburned carbon by the shearing force, thereby imparting lipophilicity to the unburned carbon; and adding a collecting agent and a foaming agent to the slurry containing the lipophylized unburned carbon to cause the attachment of the collecting agent to the lipophylized unburned carbon, and at the same time, causing the attachment of the unburned carbon having the collecting agent attached thereto an air bubble to separate the unburned carbon by flotation.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for removing unburned carbon from fly ash at low cost and within a short time. The method comprises the steps of adding a collecting agent to fly ash directly, agitating/mixing the mixture in a mixer (5), adding water to the resulting mixed material in a mixing vessel (7) to yield a slurry, applying a shearing force to the slurry in a submerged stirrer (9), and performing flotation separation of unburned carbon in a flotator (15).
