摘要: The printer drives the sheet feeding mechanism in response to the initial sheet-setting command and both the first sensor's and the second sensor's detection of no sheet, first forward until the second sheet sensor detects no sheet, then backward until the second sheet sensor detects no sheet, and finally forward the predetermined distance. The paper is neither caught nor crumpled near the exit of the first sheet supplier when the paper is fed backward.

摘要: A printing sheet is made from a porous resin sheet containing a predetermined amount of carbon grains. In order to manufacture the printing sheet, a mask (which partially shields the infrared rays according to a predetermined pattern) is placed on a transparent plate and the printing sheet is placed on the mask sheet. Flash bulbs irradiate the infrared rays onto the mask sheet. Infrared rays irradiated onto the transparent portion of the mask sheet pass through the mask sheet and reach the printing sheet, causing the carbon grains to heat the resin sheet such that pores in said resin sheet are sealed to form a non-print portion on said porous resin sheet corresponding to said transparent portion.

摘要: This invention provides a stamp which enables a print image combining a fixed print face with a changeable print face to be visibly recognized through a sample. A date stamp forms a print image by synthesizing a fixed print face with a movable print face arbitrarily selectable by operating an operation portion. The movable print faces are provided on the outer face of a belt body in a plurality of quantity. Samples of the print images of the movable print faces are printed on the outside face on an opposite side of the belt body. Each movable print face and sample are matched with each other so that the sample of the print image of the movable print face located at a side face of a holding body is located on other side face. A user can see a sample of the print image of the fixed print face and a sample seen through a sample window as an image of a stamp result through a sample face on an opposite side to the print face.

摘要: A printing sheet used in a stamp includes a porous layer in which ink can be impregnated and a fibrous layer provided to a side of the porous layer opposite to the pattern. The porous layer carries a pattern on a surface thereof, the pattern including a non-print portion which blocks the permeation of the ink and a print portion which allows the permeation of the ink. The fibrous layer prevents the deformation of the porous layer. The fibrous layer is so constituted that ink can be impregnated therein.

摘要: The disclosed invention is a stamp unit that includes a holder member having an end. A stamp material is made of a porous material retained by the holder member. The stamp material has a front surface projected form the end of the holder member and a circumference portion. The front surface includes an effective stamp surface that includes a stamping portion and a non-stamping portion. The circumference portion is defined at least by an area existing between positions corresponding to the end of the holder member and the effective stamp surface, within an exposed area of the stamp material from the holder member, the area being entirely covered by a sealant.

摘要: A stamp unit has a transparent film which protects a stamp surface of the stamp material at the time of transportation of the stamp unit, during storage until a user starts to produce a stamp after purchasing the stamp unit, and during production of the stamp plate. The transparent film is thermally adhered on the lower edge of the holder member and is capable of protecting the surface of the stamp material until the start of the stamp printing. The transparent film is capable of easily and economically adhering to the stamp material without adhering to a thermal adhesion jig.

摘要: This invention provides a stamp capable of matching a selectable print face and a fixed print face on a same plane easily. A damper member 300 is provided between a rear end 124 of a base portion 120 of a fixed print portion 100 and a collar 203 of a supporting case 201 of a movable print portion 200. A print face 111 of the fixed print portion 100 movable relative to a main body case 2 is projected from a print face 211 of the movable print portion 200 immovable relative to the main body case 2 in a stamping direction. At the time of stamping, the print face 111 makes contact with a stamping object ahead of the print face 211 and due to a reaction force from a stamping object, a damper member 300 softer than the fixed print member 112 is compressed more than the fixed print member 112. As a consequence, the print face 111 and the print face 211 are matched on a same plane on the surface of the stamping object 50 so that no unevenness occurs in a print image stamped by synthesizing the print face 111 with the print face 211.

摘要: A stamp unit 1 is formed so that the circumference of the stamp material 3 is made as a slant surface 83 by heat-pressing both the lower end 4a of the holder 4 and the circumference of the stamp material 3. The lower end 4a of the holder 4 is formed in a wedge 82 so as to hook the circumference of the stamp material 3. Thereby the stamp material 3 can be surely retained to the holder 4, and the stamp material 3 and the holder 4 can be firmly sealed. As a result, stamping durability is remarkably improved when many stamping operations are repeated.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a pattern sheet for plate-making capable of easily forming a positive image through the use of a photographic negative film. In this method, as a first step, a negative film with a printed negative image is placed on a surface of a light transmission sheet carrying a photosensitive color-developing layer containing a photosensitive color-developing material which makes a color development in response to light. Further, as a second step, the light is applied thereto from the negative film side after the first step. As a result of the application of the light, a color development takes place in the photosensitive color-developing layer due to the light passing through the negative image, thus causing a positive image to be formed on the surface of the light transmission sheet.
