摘要: A casting apparatus for performing a casting while an oxide film formed on a surface of a molten metal is reduced by allowing the molten metal and a reducing compound to be contacted with each other, includes: a molding die having a cavity for receiving the molten metal, a sprue from which the molten metal is poured and a feeder head portion arranged between the sprue and the cavity. A difference of heat insulation is partially provided between the feeder head portion and the cavity such that the molten metal filled in the cavity and the feeder head portion is sequentially solidified in a direction of from a terminal portion of the cavity to the feeder head portion.

摘要: The method of casting of the present invention is capable of making volume of a feeder head can be small and making cooling rate of the feeder head can be easily made lower than that of a cavity. The method is executed in a casting machine, which includes a casting die, in which the feeder head is provided between a metal inlet and the cavity and in which heat insulating of the feeder head is greater than that of the cavity so as to make cooling rate of the feeder head lower than that of the cavity. The method comprises the steps of: pouring a molten metal into the cavity; reacting the molten metal on a deoxidizing compound in the cavity so as to deoxidize an oxide film formed on a surface of the molten metal; and supplementing the molten metal in the feeder head to the cavity when the molten metal in the cavity is solidified and shrinked.

摘要: The present invention is to provide a connector seal allowing an accurate inspection of presence of an incorrectly formed bore in a terminal insertion bore of the connector seal. A connector seal includes a seal main body and a plurality of terminal insertion bores. Each terminal insertion bore has an upper membrane potion and a lower membrane portion, which are spaced one another and interconnected together with a lamella. Preferably, the terminal insertion bore has a membrane, which includes a substantially curved groove and a substantially curved lamella. Preferably, the terminal insertion bore has a membrane which includes a lamella, the lamella being oriented in a direction coincident with a diagonal line of a rectangular cross-section of a terminal so that corners of the terminal hit opposite ends of the lamella.

摘要: A portable terminal device comprises a case 110, oscillator 171, passive element 172, voltage measurement circuit 173 and controller 180. The case 110 comprises an electrode having a surface exposed to the outside, on at least a part of the case 110. The oscillator 171 outputs an A.C. voltage signal. One end of the passive element 172 is connected to the oscillator 171, and the other end is connected to the electrode. The voltage measurement circuit 173 is connected to both ends of the passive element 172, and detects the voltage applied to the passive element 172. The control unit 180 acquires the biological information of a living body based on the voltage detected by the voltage measurement circuit 173 in a state in which an A.C. output from the oscillator 171 and the electrode exposed to the outside is in contact with the living body.
